A top-notch conversion of a small flint and brick cart shed alongside a beautifully restored 300-yearold oak barn. It feels private too, with its own little courtyard garden, colourful borders, terracotta pots, teak table and chairs – catch the morning rays with an al fresco breakfast. A generous welcome basket includes a bottle of wine should you be staying the week, the flat-screen TV comes with oodles of DVDs, there’s a fully equipped kitchen in one corner and kind owners next door to provide continental breakfast or evening meals should you want them; lovers will take root. There’s walking through woods and paths for the more adventurous, and Canterbury Faversham and Whitstable are near. Nearby Ashford has high speed train link to london only 38 miutes away. Charming.

2 bedroom large apartment, spread over a ground & lower ground floors, just steps from the famous Paddington Station. Located in a grand Victorian building dating from 1841. Converted from an old pub, with unusual 4 metre high ceilings. Early Check-in: when possible, we can take your luggage earlier or offer you an earlier check-in. We do charge a flat £50 fee for this, because it changes our normal schedule and our housekeeper needs to bring extra help in order to prepare the apartment faster.

Hi! We are a family of five! Lucy, Geoff, Layla (5), Orson (3) and Arto (4 months). Sometimes we go away for a week or so and give others the opportunity to rent out our home. The house has the most amazing, calming energy. The kitchen/ dining room is open plan. There's a hot tub and sauna in the garden, with views over a woodland and a lake. This would be a great space for trialing out living in the beautiful town of Forest Row, within walking distance to the Ashdown Forest.
