Vacation rentals with beach access in River Cetina

The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood, there is a beatiful park in front of the balcony. Balcony is a perfect place to sit and enjoy the sonunda of the birde singing. The house is the same as it is on the photos. It is clean and has everything we need to have in a house. We recommend it to others looking for a clean and cozy house in Split.

It’s hard to put into words how amazing this place is, the house is stunning and unique in its location and direst access to the sea! I was dubious when I saw all of the positive reviews but this home truly exceeds expectations. It’s beautiful, has great facilities and the beds are SO comfortable and the aircon works really well so it’s always cool. We did struggle to get around without a car but we were recommended a wonderful taxi driver who took us around everywhere! Can’t recommend this place enough and hope to come back again soon! This beautiful & comfortable apartment comes ‘highly recommended’ from our family!!! Josip was an amazing host, very warm, gracious and welcoming!!! He met us on arrival, and gave us very comprehensive information on the area - sites to see/restaurants, etc., which proved to be ‘very’ helpful! At the end of each busy day, it felt so good to come back to our ‘home away from home’. The location is excellent (& quiet), not too far (15 minutes or so) from the Old Town, the Riva and Marjan Park. The walk along the promenade, and the views along the way were a special part of our trip. There is a cafe just a short walk away, as well as a small grocery store. We loved our stay in Josip’s apartment, and would most definitely return if we have the opportunity to come back to Split!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Split! The apartment was spotless and very well organized, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The view overlooking the marina was absolutely beautiful — a perfect place to start and end the day. It’s located in a quiet area, about a 35-minute walk from the Old Town, which made for peaceful evenings away from the crowds. What really made the stay special were our hosts, Monika and Ante. They were incredibly kind and welcoming — Monika’s mother-in-law even baked us a cake and gifted us a lovely bottle of wine on arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a serene, homey spot in Split with amazing hospitality!

The accommodation was absolutely perfect, clean and fresh. Very comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom and shower and beautiful kitchen, which also contained basic ingredients (oil, salt, pepper but also tea and coffee) which was very helpful. The tap water was drinkable. The view from the apartment to the harbor was beautiful and it was possible to enjoy it on the spacious terrace. The beach was really just a few steps away and at the turn of May and April it was completely empty. We can't forget to mention the hostess, Melania, who is the soul of the apartment house and will do everything to make you relax. Thank you very much!

A great place to stay not far from town about a 15 minute walk to the ferry. Great views, restaurants, tours . Loved it

Beautilful views , right in front of the beach. Very convenient for visiting Split (15 min away) or Omis. Walking distance to a bakery and small supermaket. Free parking in premises. Host provides beach chairs and umbrellas, which is very convenient. Well equiped kitchen. Having two baths was also a plus. Will definitely recommend for staying in the Split area.

A top apartment: super clean, quiet while being close to major roads or the bus, very comfortable bedding. And a very warm welcome from Sandra and her parents who live next door. The accommodation is very well-equipped, stayed cool despite the heat of the week, the covered terrace is perfect. Sandra was very accommodating with schedules. I would recommend it 100% .

Nikola was amazingly helpful, even during some stressful situations! Would love to stay there again if in Split.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

This place is absolutely like the pictures let you imagine. Peaceful und privat. It was great watching the amazing view to the Sea in the hammock with different colours at different times of the day and night. The apartment was well equipment Kitchen and clean spaces. Spacious parkingspot for even a big car. We're coming back, thanks Marko! 😊

The host was very friendly and helpful. Recommended good places to eat and see nearby. Had everything we needed to live. The air conditioner worked very quietly, didn't interfere with sleeping:) Lovely little place on the shore of the sea.

We were a family of 10 people who had a great stay at the house. Everything was up to expectations and the host was really turned on and accommodating. In mid-May there were very little people and activities in the area, and all of the kiosks and bars along the beach were closed (except for the shooko and the neighbor). It was a bit too far to walk to the store to shop for goods and a bit far to walk to Omis. Would think there is more activity and possibilities in high season:) Otherwise, great house we had a great time in.

I had a lovely stay at this appartment. Antonella is a very sweet person and a great host and made my stay very comfortable. The location is amazing, just minutes from Riva and Marjan Hill. Would come again :)

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

We had a very enjoyable stay! Communication with Goran went smoothly. The place was super clean, everything was tidy and well maintained. Walking in 15-20 min you are at the beach "Znjan" and for little money we went by Uber to the old town to Split. We will be happy to come back, Hvala Goran! 😊

We had an incredible time! The location of the apartment was ideal with less than a 10 minute walk to 3 different beaches! There were multiple supermarkets also in 5 minuet walking distance. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped which was ideal for us as we made most of our food in the house. The apartment is small but perfect for a week’s stay for two people. Thank you Enis!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
