This 3B apartment is located on second of the overall three floors in the old stone made Building, with the main entrance of the Building next to the central City Park Emanuel Vidović, with the intercom provided (buzzer DELIC).Guests are provided with set of the three keys, great security and privacy. As you get the interior, your first impression is "wow huge effect" due to this high ceilings facility, with hallway, living room, kitchen and dinning place, put all together in an open concept common place. Design of the place is modern (grey) in combination with traditional "warm" colors as Diocletian's purple and coastal blue. Absolutely unique place to stay and very functional accommodation in every way, up to the smallest details! Three bedrooms are with double/king beds. First - the master bedroom with king size bed and attached bathroom. The second bedroom with double bed, fridge on the hand, attached to the balcony. The third bedroom with king size bed and one single - bunk bed, is suitable for couples as well for children due to the amenities provided. None of the bedrooms is attached to each other. Diversity offers gives you the option of choosing precisely the bedroom that best suits your characteristics and habits. Living space and the kitchen are positioned in the middle of the apartment with sea and forest view, connecting the bedrooms as spacious common space, with sofa bed for 2 extra guests /queen size 140*220 cm/. "Red" bathroom is equipped with hot tube, shower and everything else that matters. "Gold" bathroom is fully equipped, such as washing machine, sky shower. This one is providing unlimited hot water, which is very important issue for bigger groups. I'm pointing this up as the fact that this opportunity is mainly not provided in Downtown accommodation properties. Balcony has two levels, connected with original old stone made stairs. Get the real feel of the Dalmatian chat - coffee break in the open air, sitting on the stairs, in nice shadowed and quite ambient. This is as well permitted smoking area for you. Generally, pets are not permitted, EXCEPT for dogs and ONLY if it's been approved by the owner before booking. All together, the place is luxuriously spacious for 6 guests, but spacious enough for 3 more guests. All together, there is 4 ACs (each bedroom plus living), 4 flat TV's (smart applications), free WiFi, 2 fridges, coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen /great choice of the dishes, glasses, kitchenware, accessories/, 2 bathrooms /2 hairdryers, 2 hair straighteners/, lots of linens - duvet sets, lots of towels, covers, blankets, ... Excellent choice for bigger groups, more couples, families with kids, business people who are taking their families on trip, or public persons for their "gateaways". Location of the place is in the middle way of the all fabulous sights and events taking place in Split, such as, Promenade Riva, Diocletian's Palace, Theatre, Spaladium Arena /music and sport's events hall/, Stadium Poljud /Ultra Festival event/, Poljud Beauty Pools, Central night club, Marjan Hill Forest, business facilities. In fact, it is placed on the main street which leads you straight down/south/ to the Old Center, and vice versa, up /north/ to the Stadium Poljud, named Zrinjsko Frankopanska street. Due to this location, you won't find yourself asking which way should I go, as it is very easy to find, come and go. All of it. During the stay, owner is fully available with advices and help of all kind. Guests can get some tips about Split and Dalmatia on FBK House DelMarco page. Welcome package includes the main groceries and welcome drinks for first night/morning stay - free of charge. Guests can make their own lists with main groceries or point up any other specific needs, in advance, so it could be arranged by the owner, and make the stay even more comfortable! This is a popular residential part of Split next to the great city park Emanuel Vidović. The Diocletian's Palace and seaside promenade are minutes' walk away, and nearby marketplaces offer an excellent choice of fresh food, shops, bakeries, and bars. Guests are available to use lots of free public parking spots around the place. Also, there is lots of low priced parking spots /price is 4,00 kn /0,53 €/per hour - daytime/. On demand, owner could arrange the transportation from/to airport. Nearby there are few bus stations, taxi available on call or in walking distance, in few minutes. Cleaning is flexible, according to the wishes of the guests, on their demand. Residence (tourist) tax is included in the price. Jelena’s place was just what we needed. A small 20 minute drive from Split airport it’s tucked up a hill and behind the main road. The house itself is well equipped and with terrific views of both mountains and the sea. Jelena was very responsive and really helpful with recommendations. She also did something really sweet on our first day and left us some fresh fruit picked from the garden. Highly recommend!

For start to finish Ivana has made us feel welcome and was very hospitable. She gave us great advice about the area and its activities. When i asked for an explanation on how to clean the jacuzzi (it was clean when we arrived), she made sure it would be cleaned for us the next day. So all in all great service, beautiful house with amazing features such as an open fire BBQ, swimming pool and jacuzzi, located near Split.

Me and my family were very pleased with everything. The villa is beautiful and peaceful and the pool is good for cooling up. Perfect place for relaxing and not too far from Split, so easy to get around. Ljubo is the most welcoming host you could ask for. So kind and helpful with everything, gave recommendations and was easy to reach by phone! He also arranged a ride for us from the airport (thanks to Hrvoje as well!!) and other times also helped us with transportations if we needed. Overall 10/10 holiday, highly recommend👌🏼

This host was so kind! This apartment is one that you could show up with practically nothing and be fine. All the things you might need the place has: washing machine, soap, shampoo, coffee, spices, all of it. We had PLENTY (more than we needed) space for my family of 4. Loved the entryway and the lawn chairs in the back with a view of the ocean. 10/10 stay! Thanks again for everything!

Nikola is a superb host! Always helpful, always responsive. Had a few for him during our stay and he was right there to respond, straight away. As for his apartment, really can't think of anything negative to say. The only stain is that there is a road on one side of the building and sometimes it can get quite loud from cars passing. Great soundproofing windows and an air conditioning solve the issue, however. As for location, I'd say it is in a sweet spot, right in between of all places one would want to visit. My family and I are happy. This is a good indication. Will recommend to everyone.

Very good accommodation. Bedding in the rooms is comfortable. Everything you need is available (bath towels, cooking utensils...). When we arrived, the parasol was broken, it was changed within an hour. Air conditioning in all rooms. Spacious and practical bathroom. Small pleasant courtyard in the evening

Maja was very easy to communicate with. The room was clean and quite. Perfect for one night. Location perfect when arriving with the shuttle buss from the airport and leaving the next day with a ferry. Just across the street from the market and the old town.

Great location with amenities located within a short walk including Bobis which is a great bakery for breakfast. Veronika was a fabulous host and even left a little sweet treat for the children. She was able to do our washing and provided clean towels during the week. My daughter was very impressed with Veronika's garden and tortoises. We would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic, quiet and relaxing holiday with Durdica and Gordan! The location of the house right on the sea is perfect, the private "beach section" as well! Our apartment (Wave 2) was well equipped, very clean, and left nothing to be desired (at least for us)! The sunset could be enjoyed from the balcony with views of the sea! Razanj is a quiet, small fishing village, with the taxi boat you can reach Rogoznica in 10 minutes by taxi boat in 10 minutes, Trogir can be reached in about 35 minutes by car in about 35 minutes and the old town in Split in about 1:00 hour! Our hosts always kept discreetly in the background, but were always there in person if you had any questions! We basically found everything as it can be seen in the photos! We have been to Croatia many times on vacation, but this year's holiday in Razanj was definitely one of the most beautiful!!
