Monthly Rentals in Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia

I lived in Philly until a couple of years ago and came back for work and family obligations. This is the best most walkable neighborhood you’ll find with tons of stores, restaurants and a beautiful and lively park nearby. The house is perfect, private, quiet and clean. It is not for people with mobility issues due to the stairs, but I had no problem with them and it added to the charm. Just a fantastic place where I would stay again.

This was my second stay in two weeks at one of Rafi's places. It was a positive experience as before. This apartment was a bit less luxurious than the previous one, at a correspondingly lower price, but still at very high standard. Communication was excellent throughout. Neighborhood was great, and this location is actually pretty quiet compared to most of the surrounding area. The only minor issue was that there had been recent painting done in the hallway, which left a minor smell in the unit. I aired out the unit, and the smell was basically gone by day 2. I'll definitely find another Rafi place next time I visit Philadelphia.

This rental was perfect! In a great location, very clean, and easy to find with the instructions sent before our stay. Took a lot of hassle out of finding somewhere to stay in Philly.

Great stay right next to plenty of restaurants and things to do. Shower is insanely small and a bit claustrophobic, otherwise perfect spot.
