Condo vacation rentals in Risskov

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Der Parkplatz im Innenhof ist perfekt, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Der Check-in ist kontaktlos und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht - bis auf einen Kleiderschrank. Wenn man länger bleibt, wäre dieser sicherlich praktisch. Ansonsten alles bestens - sauber und gepflegt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

The apartment is modern and well equipped in a central location in Aarhus, we felt at home right away. Lot's of restaurants and shopping nearby, and major attractions within walking distance. The included parking was invaluable. Martin was very helpful and proactive in his communication, and actually instructions were clear and everything were in order so didn't have any questions during our stay.

Very glad we found this gem of a place. The flat was a delight to stay in and Niklas was super-responsive. The flat has a lot of charm, large windows, wooden floors and modern/arty design style. The rooms were spacious and well appointed - extra brownie points for the superbly stocked fridge, and useful amount of crockery/glassware! We would recommend this location too, skirting the Latin Quarter and near transport across the city/region if you need it. A small note that the internal stairs of the building are relatively steep (by modern uk / us standards) but still manageable with solid handrails and a few landings to rest if you’ve big/heavy bags, and just add to the character of the place! If we’re ever back in Aarhus, we would stay again!

A beautiful apartment overlooking the marina. The light rail passes in front of the apartment but it is the quieter line and is well separated by gardens and a wide walkway etc so we did not feel the rail was intrusive at all. Anita’s apartment was ideal for the marina and easy to walk into the city centre or use public transport. There is a lovely food court, shops, cafes etc at the marina. The apartment was warm and very comfortable and we loved the outdoor balcony space. Would definitely stay again!

Wir sind zu viert bei Keld eingekehrt. Avon Anfang an waren wir von der grandiosen Umgebung bezaubert. Die moderne Anlage verbindet Design mit maritimem Flair und bietet akzenuiert Spielmöglichkeiten für die kleineren Kinder. Auch die Erwachsenen finden in der Umgebung gast für jedes Bedürfnis das entsprechende Angebot. Kelds Wohnung ist super funktional und einladend eingerichtet, sodass man sich umgehend Zuhause fühlen kann. die Abende laden zum Verweilen auf dem Balkon mit Ostseeblick ein. Wir waren in jedem Fall vollends begeistert.

Marie's apartment was very suitable for us. It is very well equipped and nothing is missing. Marie has put everything in order and nothing went wrong for us during the week we stayed in the apartment. If I come back to Århus I will definitely try to get Marie's apartment again.

Mettes Unterkunft ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sie war tiptop sauber und sie hätte nicht besser liegen können. Wir sind mit dem Auto ( Parken mit Easypark, ca. 22 Euro an Werktagen) gekommen, aber alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Stadt mit allen Angeboten waren fußläufig erreichbar. Der Hbf liegt 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Unterkunft führt mit einem Fahrstuhl in den 5. Stock und bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt. Als Raucher konnten wir die schöne Gemeinschaftsterrasse nutzen. Wer kochen möchte, dem steht eine hervorragend ausgestattete Küche zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist trotz der Tinygröße gut für 4 Erwachsene geeignet. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Aarhus selbst ist eine tolle Stadt. Wir bedanken uns bei Mette für die tolle Unterkunft und natürlich für Ihr Vertrauen.

Rigtig fint ophold, og Christian var sød og hjælpsom. Køkkenet var lidt mangelfuldt, men det gik an.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sie liegt perfekt, hat alles was man braucht, wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zu Sophie war sehr herzlich und freundlich, sie war immer erreichbar, hat schon im Vorfeld viele nützliche Informationen zu Aarhus und Umgebung geschrieben. Wir würden immer wieder kommen, und uns sehr darauf freuen.

Fantastisk location, view and apartment. The only trouble we had was to find the parking spot and figure out how to get to the apartment, after that there was no problems.

Gemütliches Apartement direkt an der Universität. Zu Fuß ca 30 Minuten in die Innenstadt, Bus & Bahn direkt vor der Tür. Sehr helle, schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allen wichtigen Ausstattungsmerkmalen. Schnelle und einfache Kommunikation mit Jonas. Würde es wieder buchen.

I had a lovely stay at Mai's place. She was super responsive with check in and other questions. The place itself was very clean and cozy and I slept great in the loft (very comfortable bed and pillow). The location was superb as well!

Wonderful apartment, location, and host! This charming place is on a quiet street and very close to the train station, city center, and shops and restaurants. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and there were some snacks put out for us when we arrived, which was a lovely touch. Susanne was extremely responsive to our questions. We had some problems figuring out the internet, and her brother quickly called us to help. The listing says the apartment sleeps five - I would say that three can stay here comfortably, if two of the three are a couple. Any more and someone sleeps on the floor. There are a number of grocery stores nearby, and we were able to get supplies for breakfast easily. The city center is a 15-minute walk away. Everything was clean and in good order in the apartment. It quickly felt like "home" to us. Overall, I would highly recommend Susanne's apartment if you're visiting Aarhus!

We had a wonderful six week's stay with Lone and the wonderful Aslan (may he rest in peace, in a heaven full of treats). We were moving from Copenhagen to Aarhus and there were many changes in our plans but Lone was always very sweet and accomodating of the changes. The stay was so cozy that it felt sad when we received the keys to our new apartment. Thanks lovely Lone and we hope to see you soon 🙂

Anette is a very kind, welcoming and helpful host. The Airbnb is well equipped, super clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect for a quick drive to down town Aarhus and the must see surrounding areas.

Je n'ai pas rencontré Hélène mais elle a répondu très rapidement à toutes mes demandes et questions. Ses instructions étaient très claires. Le quartier est un peu éloigné du centre historique, environ 20min à pieds. Cependant je considère que ce nouveau quartier est l'endroit où il faut être: proximité mer, chic, pleins d'activités. Si je retourne à Aarhus, sans hésiter, je retournerais chez Hélène.

Η Mette ήταν πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική , οπότε την χρειαστήκαμε απαντούσε άμεσα και μας εξυπηρέτησε γρήγορα ! Το διαμέρισμα της ήταν πεντακάθαρο, προσβάσιμο και είχε όλες τις παροχές ! Ελπίζουμε όταν επισκεφτούμε ξανά το Aarhus να είναι διαθέσιμο. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα 😊

Das kleine Apartment ist sehr schön und gemütlich und perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Aarhus. Es ist super ausgestattet und zentral gelegen, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Freja war sehr nett und jederzeit zu erreichen.

Wir haben über Pfingsten mit drei Erwachsenen für drei Nächte in der Wohnung gewohnt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, in rd. 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Altstadtkern von Aarhus, mit einer Vielzahl an Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäften. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sie ist lichtdurchflutet und hat einen tollen Balkon in Richtung Innenhof. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, so dass wir an allen drei Tagen in der Wohnung gefrühstückt haben. Ich (54) habe im Bett im Schlafzimmer geschlafen, meine Söhne (23 + 20) haben auf einer Liege und einer Matratze in den beiden anderen Zimmern geschlafen, was für den kurzen Aufenthalt ok war. Die Kommunikation mit Lone war durchgehend perfekt - Lone hat sehr schnell und freundlich auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Sie hat uns sehr wertvolle Tipps gegeben, z.B. bezüglich kostenloser Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und Restauranttipps. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen!

Sehr stylisch eingerichtete Wohnung, klasse Lage, sehr freundliche proactive Kommunikation. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie eine Flasche Wein und er Wohnung. Kochutensilien können mitbenutzt werden. Viele Cafés und tolle Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir hatten einen grandiosen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung.

Ik heb een heel positief verblijf gehad in het appartement van Bellani. Ik heb hier twee maanden gewoond voor mijn werk in Aarhus. Dit was het ideale appartement qua locatie en voorzieningen. Twee kleine minpuntjes: het appartement had wat properder kunnen zijn bij aankomst. Hiernaast was er weinig ruimte voor mijn kleren en spullen in de kleerkast etc. want de ruimte was heel ‘bewoond’, maar ik heb gemerkt dat dit vaker zo is in Deense airbnbs. Dit zijn kleine minpuntjes op een algemeen heel positief verblijf. Ook verliep de communicatie met Bellani steeds vlot!

Malene's apartment was just perfect for a short (and definitely also for a long) stay in Aarhus. Lovely decoration, comfortable furniture, all the amenities and in a great location. It was so great to stay here and I'd love to stay again if I'm ever back!
