The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.

awesome place, close to town but secluded, pool and hot tub did not disappoint, cool layout plenty of seating, good ac, loved the projector and surround sound we watched 2 family movies and had a great time, kids loved the love sacs. As fellow hosts nice work

The best place we have ever stayed. If you think of something you might need, she had it. Love the no pets and non-smoking environment as I have extreme allergies. Felt very safe. The town was very clean and the locals were very friendly. We spoke with her over the phone and found her to be an amazing host. She wanted to make sure we were pleased and didn’t want for anything. We feel we could liver in her guest house as is and be very content.

We came into town for a couple of days fishing on the Ohio River. This house was close to our boat ramp, and close to all the restaurants and stores. Enjoyed the private setting, and the quiet neighborhood. House was very clean, kitchen nice. Was able to relax. Much better than staying @ the motel

Angela’s place was the perfect getaway, and just what we were hoping for! It was a great location between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum and so peaceful! We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the river/boats. My kiddos favorite part was when Smokey and Bandit would come visit us on the porch. They were very friendly, sweet cats. The cabin was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable! We would definitely recommend, and hope to be back someday!

My boyfriend and I decided to escape for our first anniversary, and we are so glad we chose The Loft @ The Farm! Janice and Joe are both so kind and their animals are just as sweet. We really appreciated Joe reaching out before check-in to let us know about a possible detour. Instructions were simple and this place exceeded our expectations! The loft and bathroom were very clean and hand sanitizer dispensers were in the barn and the loft itself. We loved the sweet kitty who greeted us every day, and we obviously enjoyed feeding the farm animals (Oscar and the cows have our hearts)! The local area has so much to do and we were still able to have a blast despite the rainy weekend. Thank you for making our anniversary such a memorable one and for extending such kindness and care. We felt so comfortable and at home, which sometimes is hard when staying in a new place. 10/10 and 5 ⭐️ all around! We wouldn’t have a negative thing to say even if we tried-don’t change a thing! 💓
