Willkommen in unseren charmantem Apartment! Wir bieten insgesamt sechs Einheiten an, die je nach Verfügbarkeit vergeben werden. Zwei dieser Apartments befinden sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügen über eine Terrasse. Die vier anderen Apartments liegen im Obergeschoss und haben einen Balkon. Der Meerblick variiert leicht je nach Apartment, wie Sie auf den Bildern sehen können. This is a peaceful countryside aparatment located 5 minutes drive from the nearest beach and 5 minute drive from the nearest places of Rabac and Labin. Its ideal for couples with small children and for people that just want to get away form the city rush and enjoy the quiet countryside. As you can see from the pictures it has a lot of parking space and a lot of space where children can run and play freely.There is also a playground for small children located 1 minute walk from the aparatament.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
