Apartment on 2 levels with excellent finishes, large terrace overlooking the domes of the churches in the surroundings including the Cathedral of Lecce. Devoid of any noise, it allows peace and relaxation at all hours of the day. Completely independent. Three bathrooms, one with a closed shower, one with an open shower. The third bathroom, on the terrace, can be used in the summer. If you want to use the second bedroom even if there are only 2 of you, you will have to pay a surcharge of €30 per day.

I recently restored this ancient house, consisting of a bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing machine. The vaults are star-shaped and the bedroom retains the original stone floor. The garden has a small citrus grove and a built-in barbecue. The house is in the historic center of Galugnano, a small town 10 km from Lecce, 20 km from the Adriatic and about 30 km from the Ionian, near the road that connects Lecce to Leuca.

A serene outdoor area features a private pool illuminated in soft blue under evening lights. A shaded dining space with a table and chairs is positioned nearby, with loungers on the grass inviting relaxation. Lush greenery adds to the tranquil ambiance.

At 300ft from Saint Oronzo Square, the castle, resturants and museums, there is a big apartment at the first floor of a historic building consisting of a kitchen, a dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, two balconies and a wonderful panoramic terrace. It's finaly furnished, suitable for couples possibly with a child up to 1 year old, who love to stay in the historic center and have everything within walking distance, without giving up their privacy.

A clean, inviting swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and large umbrellas, set against a lush green backdrop of trees and gardens. A swing chair adds a comfortable spot for relaxation near the pool area.

It is the typical Salento house built between the late 1800s and the early 1900s, it has star ceilings, concrete and doors, windows, balconies, handles, railings, etc. are vintage. The house is spacious, cozy, refined and from the beginning makes guests feel comfortable as they are surrounded by beauty and authenticity. From November 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024, I apply a 10% discount on the weekly rate and a 30% discount for stays of 28 days.
