Stayed here for part of our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. Absolutely stunning scenery and the hosts ensured the tinaja was heated as well as wood stove in home upon arrival. Not to mention, the breakfast each morning was perfect and delicious. We really enjoyed the hot showers and proximity to villa cerro castillo but also how private and remote it felt. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Excellent stay, totally recommended either to rest and disconnect for several days or spend a night near Balmaceda for a flight the next day. The cabin was equipped with everything you need. Communication with Joel was always efficient.

For those who want to be in a secluded and quiet place with the best views, this is definitely the place. Ignacio is very proactive and responds instantly to any issue that arises, it was a good family experience cooking with wood, just as our grandparents did in the countryside.

The place where the cabin is located is amazing, among trees and with a view of the privileged hill castle. Its windows make the landscape very appreciated. You could tell that the cabin was new, so it was still missing equipment, but when it's ready it will be 10/10. The people at the reception were very helpful and friendly.

We were very happy with our stay at Raquel's cabin. Having read the reviews and various websites about the area it was pretty much as expected i.e. remote, quiet, no restaurants, and with a difficult road to get there. In reality, the road is in better shape then some parts of the Carretera Austral and there's a food truck that's open in the evening, although it's probably a good idea to bring your own food. The cabin is very clean and has a full kitchen (including a gas cooker and a microwave). Raquel and Sergio also offer a boat tour of the Marble caves which we enjoyed very much.

This is the second time I have stayed at this cabin. The place is amazing, I think it's the place with the best view in the area. The cabin has all the conveniences for a stay of 6 people. I'll definitely do it again

The place is incredible, quiet and comfortable. Good facilities, comfortable for groups of 4-5 people, with good internet and installation for a good rest on the route. Puerto Guadal has everything, some restaurants, local supermarkets and plenty of commerce. We'll definitely be back!.

Miguel’s cabin sits on a very private slice of paradise 20km from town. Breakfast supplies and cleaning are provided daily by the host. The breakfast was generous, ham, eggs, cheese, bread, coffee supplies, juice, and milk. The hot tub was very relaxing, I used it two of the three nights I stayed. Firewood was replenished and brought to the porch daily. When I arrived the fire was already lit. I was resting late and I know the fire went out but after the visit from the host the relit the fire. Miguel was very friendly and helpful and when I had questions about stores or sightseeing he was quick to provide helpful information. Everything was comfortable and worked well. Everything was clean and fresh. The views are stunning. I would absolutely recommend staying at Miquel’s Cabin.

Very good cabin to enjoy Puerto Río tranquil and all the activities that can be done in this beautiful place. Very comfortable beds and there was everything you need for us. Thank you to Alicia for having welcomed my daughters and me.

Quick and friendly communication. Lugar had many amenities and corresponded to the photos and description. Highly recommended to rest and disconnect from the routine.

The house is cozy and very good location! The hostess is very attentive and gave us precious tips. The kitchen leaves to be desired in utensils, with only a pot, glad we had a camping pot kit.

We felt very comfortable in the cabin. Walking you can reach the town square, restaurants, mini-market and tours to marble cathedrals. Bastian recommended where to eat and put us in touch with the tours. Great host.

exelente,Don Raúl very kind, he went to get us to the barge and on retiring from the cabin he went to leave us in the center (we went without a car ), ideal to arrive by vehicle to the cabin, nice home , has everything and hopefully take care of it when they go. Don Raúl and his wife gave us bread and eggs because we did not have time to buy and we arrived late.. super friendly,the people of the south in general are exelente, we have been touring the whole Austral road for a month and we have met pure good people. Thank you

We have stayed in this facility just one night; it was a really nice and comfortable staying. The spaces were big l, the beds comfortable, the host was always ready to help and there was a private space for parking the car right in front of the building. It had also all the necessary tools for cooking. Very recommended!

We flew in to Balmaceda and wanted a cabin for a hot shower before backpacking in Patagonia. Leaving 30 below C in Montana USA and waking up to green grass and a gorgeous view was a nice start to our trip....and the showers were hot!

Our family loved our stay at this cabin. Lovely and cosy with great views over the mountains. A prefect place to relax. The access road is a bit tricky, we had a high clearance car which made it, but a 4 wheel drive would have been easier.
