Vacation rentals with a patio in Río Filobobos

Gabriel was very nice and answered my doubts. The apartment is nicer than the pictures. It is located in a very small private, considered that if they carry a car. You can walk about 5 minutes to the main avenue where taxis and public transport pass. Nearby there are shops and it is very close to Caxa and restaurants.

A super nice, warm apartment, 100% recommended. A very quiet, comfortable and easily accessible place. The apartment is impeccable and has everything you need for long stays. We loved that it had instructions for several things to use the apartment on paper. He helped us a lot and it was a very nice touch. The location is excellent, very close to downtown and the main avenue that takes you to Veracruz and Mexico City. Convenience stores, pharmacy and places to eat, close and within walking distance. Definitely a highly recommended apartment and the service from Bere was exceptional.

Great service from Allan, he was very nice at all times. The place is very nice, the terrace is super nice and the views of the city are 10. It's in a very quiet and accessible area. Highly recommended.

I stayed a few days but I would definitely come back, the area is very quiet, the apartment is clean, it has everything you need and Diana was attentive from the time I arrived until I left for anything we needed! An amazing stay!🙏🏻✨

The apartment is small but it is super comfortable, there is no noise, curtains that block the sun, a nice bed, I recommend it because it is very close to the center, there are very nice places to eat nearby, I would return to this little place without a doubt, I highly recommend it

Excellent accommodation. Very nice house and the stay there was favorable. Attentive at all times and accessible at check-out time The pool had a good temperature and you could be there at night without any problems, the beach is very close Highly recommended.

Very nice and good communication, just that it is a little unsafe to carry pets, as for the same reason, other dogs filter into the property.

Milton Uziel is a very friendly, responsible, attentive host. He responds immediately to the needs you report. The house is very spacious and clean.

Ivan's house is amazing. It's perfect for a family or a large place for two. I love the detail (e.g. there was free water in each room as a welcome gift. And in the showers they put enough shampoo) These details seem very nice to me. The neighbors (two families with their little shops) are very nice. It feels very quiet throughout the area. Everyone greets you and you don't hear any cars at night. If you need a big house to rest, this is super cool. It looks like a residential villa. Keep in mind that there are many taxis downtown - there is no Uber in the city (in case you ask for a taxi, I recommend telling them the area called "Colonia zaragoza" since there are 3 streets in Papantla with the same street name. Overall, I give this apartment 10/10 stars. Thanks Ivan for hosting.

It was a pleasant stay and the house has amenities that provide family living... The cleanliness, furniture and services they offer are highly recommended. It makes you feel at ease...

We felt right at home in this beautiful apartment. So close and walkable to many interesting places and of course to great restaurants in Xalapa. The apartment had all the amenities that we needed. The apartment is located in a safe and peaceful part of Xalapa. Can’t wait to go back.
