The annex is a large space attached to the main house with its own access and drive for parking. This sparkling clean accommodation is all on the ground floor and offers a large double bedroom with en-suite, open-plan lounge kitchen and dining area with beautiful vaulted ceilings which give a barn like feel. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is also an entrance hall / lobby which is ideal for secure storage for bikes if needed. Sorry but this property is not suitable for infants or children.

Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

We are located on the edge of Christchurch town and close to Hengistbury head with it's breath taking views of Christchurch Harbour, Mudeford, The Isle of Wight and Bournemouth’s seven miles of sandy beaches. Magnificent coastal and forest walks make this an ideal area for those who enjoy the great outdoors, whether it is by foot or bicycle. If you are flying from Bournemouth International Airport and are looking for an overnight stopover before your flight we are 15 minutes from the airport.
