House vacation rentals in Rieti

A peaceful and beautiful location with the kindest host. We will definitely be going back and cannot recommend the place highly enough. We spent many wonderful hours lounging by the pool and dining on the lovely terrace. Thank you!

We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

We stayed for 2 weeks in August 24 in this gorgeous house. The 3 of us and our dog had an awesome time there and enjoyed all the great amenities this house offers: Starting from comfy beds, clean bathrooms and a small but really well equipped kitchen over the absolutely beautiful garden with lots of fruit (fig, pear, pomgranate etc.) trees, a nice patio and the big pool. The communication with Roberto (house owner) was exceptional - he was very proactive and informed us in all cases when the gardener was showing up, or when he took care of the pool. In these occasions he also supplied us with nice pastries from Rome - grazie again for this kind treatment. Roberto also organized a wine tasting/menu in the vicinity for us, which was another highlight of this vacation. We can only recommend this house and Roberto and his wife Marta as perfect hosts, and are grateful for being given the opportunity to stay there. We will come back in the future!

The road to the house is not paved and pretty bumpy but once you get to the house it is a pleasure to be there. The house has everything and has a great view of the valley below it. It has a pool on a lower level and below that a small field for soccer or volleyball. A lot of stairs both inside and outside. The surrounding area is interesting as it is an archeologists dream with Roman ruins within walking distance everywhere.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

We were enchanted when we saw Lucia's house, especially the garden and the facilities in the garden (ping pong, pool, basketball court) were very enjoyable for my son. I liked watching the sunset in the garden the most. The house was a living house. Lucia and her assistant Natalie responded to all our needs immediately. We could easily reach Rome center and other villages with the car we rented. It was very comfortable to reach Rome in 20-25 minutes by car. It is a very enjoyable house for large families or groups of friends, especially those with children, who want to be able to reach the city easily but also want to be at home in peace and relax away from the city. Thank you very much for everything.

We stayed in the villa as a group of six after our city trip to Rome, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how modern and well-maintained everything was. The host exceeded all expectations—friendly, attentive, and always checking in to see if we needed anything. We even received welcome drinks and some ingredients to cook pasta, which was a lovely touch. The villa was spotless and fully equipped. It had a large pool in the front and a smaller one with a whirlpool in the back—perfect for relaxing after sightseeing in the city. The host also allowed us a late check-out, as our flight was in the evening, and even arranged a shuttle to the airport for us. We couldn’t have asked for more. The service, comfort, and overall experience were outstanding. We would 100% recommend this villa and would love to stay here again!

We loved our month at Villa Tucciano! Better than the pictures! Mario was the primo host and went over and above the call of duty to make us comfortable. He even helped us with luggage lost by the airline. His family was nearby and attended to our every need, and also went the extra mile. I cannot say thanks enough! We loved our stay and these wonderful people at their fabulous villa!

I stayed with my partner and our two-and-a-half-year-old daughter for a long weekend at Cristy's house. We had a great time, the house is very clean, tidy and super fragrant! With the outdoor pool, it gave us a truly relaxing break. The owners were always kind and helpful, welcoming us and always answering our questions. A short distance away, you can easily reach restaurants and supermarkets. Highly recommend!!!

Francesca and Emanuel's house is fantastic, very clean,located in a very quiet place,and with a beautiful large garden,with olive trees and flowers,completely fenced, which is very appreciated by those who travel with dogs,like us,happy for them,relax us !!! The house is well organized, it has everything you could want and even more,like,the electric broom,very useful !! Many small precautions from hosts, who immediately give a smile, (breakfast products, coffee capsules, single use x shower bags), are cuddly, really appreciated!! Close to the house,with just a few minutes by car,an endless tide of beautiful things to see. Another thing,very important,in the bed,you sleep 100 !!!!!! The host,Emanuel,friendly and always available !!! Highly recommend to everyone,this house is really perfect ! P.S. We always had lunch outside,on the table in front of the house, with the birds........

A pleasant and relaxing stay. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, well heated and divided. The kitchen is equipped and comfortable.

Firstly, the host was super accommodating and I really appreciated that. The property is in a quiet location, and was ideal to explore less touristic (but more authentic) surroundings with a car or explore beautiful Gerano on foot. Worked there for 1 week - internet was good and stable. Property was clean, bed was comfy, we didnt miss anything, there was nothing we didnt like. All was great!

Comfortable, beautiful touches, authentic, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kate’s place. Everything we needed was there and more. A much appreciated bottle in the fridge, fuel for the Barbie, you name it. We had a great time.

We stayed in casa Vicolo with our two children (4 and 6 yrs old). The house is beautifully rustic with lovely artwork, wooden beams, a huge fireplace, and Italian tiling, also spacious with a little veranda perfect for relaxing and drying off washing/ swim wear daily after using the pool (with a cupboard containing a float and a couple of foam noodles) and games area (basketball, table tennis and table fuseball). Kids were comfortable in their two single beds room and our double bedroom was spacious, both with attached bathrooms and AC units (temperatures hit 40 degrees in Aug). The kitchen had everything we needed after we did our own shop of essential foods for meals. The hosts were all very helpful and recommendations of local towns, restaurants and olive oil tastings were great. We will definitely be returning to Borgo Acquariua. Roberta's lovely annex met our expectations and made our stay more than comfortable. Roberta welcomed us two hours earlier than expected and, as if we were family, she had a delicious apple cake and a bottle of sparkling wine for my partner's birthday, which I had informed her of at the time of booking. As if that weren't enough, the fridge was full of yogurt of all kinds, milk, and fruit juice. In the kitchen there were multiple varieties of tea, coffee both in powder and in pods, biscuits and croissants, toast, various types of jams. Roberta was nice, kind, helpful, and affable, and her B&B fully reflects her. Very comfortable bed, very fragrant towels, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer of a decent power. In short, the perfect place to stay to comfortably visit Spoleto and its surroundings, but above all to enjoy healthy relaxation in an estate surrounded by nature.

Great location if you are on the via francegina but this apartment is superb. Class.

The house is spacious, with everything you need for a stay, clean and in a good location, I would use it again.

This is a lovely holiday location. Beautiful views and wonderful people. Clean and tidy. We enjoyed stunning sunsets and long ours at the pool. There are three apartments and the space is well organized so that everybody can feel comfortable. The only problem was the internet wich came and went as it pleased but it didn't spoil the whole experience. Grazie mille!
