Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Richmond

This was the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in with the most helpful, responsive, and caring host. The house is adorable and comfortable and literally has EVERYTHING you could possibly need for your stay. The setting is so very peaceful. We watched deer frolicking across the road while we ate dinner at the spacious dining room table. Krista is a super host. Instantly responsive and very helpful, she made our stay even better. If I could give Krista six stars, I would, without hesitation!

Thank so much! What a gem of a property you have here! It’s absolutely beautiful! Love the story of the property and the “before” pictures. We enjoyed family time hiking, paddle boating, playing corn hole and just resting/reading by the water. Nearby we picked strawberries and hiked a water fall trail. Cedar Coffee was just icing on the cake! Literally, the zucchini cake was delicious, as well as breakfast sandwiches, coffee and chai latte! Thanks for sharing your space/property with us! It was delightful weekend and memories were made!

Keith was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The home was beautiful and very rich in with history. The Victorian style was way cool and felt like staying at your grandmas. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Great place to stay, close to lots of restaurants and not far from grocery stores, etc. The house met our needs and made for a nice play to stay while visiting.

It's a nice place out in the country. The pool was fun and relaxing with lots of seating throughout the house. Find your spot and enjoy! I did. My only complaints are we had quite a few big ants in the master bedroom and living room on our first night. Didn't see any the next night. It's summer! The host said she would spray and I believe her. The other is the fence in the back yard stops where the neighbors park so its not totally private. Deal breaker? Absolutely not. I would stay here again! The host was great! I don't want to speak too highly about the place so its not booked up for the next year....... so I can come back ;)

This was a perfect space for myself and three friends! We were in town for a wedding and wanted a space that accommodated all of us and was close to the venue. It was a great spot with lots of space! The description matched what we received and would definitely book again if we’re ever back in the area.

We were about 600 miles from home to attend my granddaughter‘s high school graduation at nearby Eaton. This place met our needs perfectly. Everything was as described so there were no surprises. There were actually more amenities than we expected and more items in the cupboards than we expected. Thanks for everything.

Perfect place, calm, quiet, a great place to retreat after days exploring the zoo, the museum, local attractions and shopping.

EZ's communication/response time was great! I would stay again and highly recommend it. The only MINOR downside to the accommodation is that it is quite close to train tracks and could be a bit noisy at night.

What a wonderful experience! Jeff was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The Airbnb was exactly as described! The Airbnb was very private very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay! Wonderful Airbnb. I’ve stayed in a few so I can say with confidence this is a good one. Really enjoyed the patio on top of the rest of the space. You’ll get some good sleep here if you enjoy peace & quiet. We’ll be staying here again in the future.

Very clean and all you could possibly need for stay is available. Everything was nice from furniture to decorations to kitchen pots and pans and utensils. Very relaxing place. Loved it. Very close to everything Hamilton has to offer which was much more than I expected. Quiet area steps away from a nice walking park.

Beautiful views, gorgeous house, and any questions we had were answered in 30 minutes or less. Dogs are allowed and that was a huge factor in renting her Airbnb.

We are repeat guests of James & Debbie's. It's aways been a great place for us to stay. Accomodations and communication with the hosts have always been teriffic! Already looking forward to our next stay!

What a lovely place! We were in town for our girls' soccer tournament in Oxford and this was a great escape for after the games. The kids enjoyed playing in the open wooded area, we grilled and relaxed. The space was incredibly clean and comfortable. It was also very close to the lake which we visited both nights to see the sunset. We will be back!

This place was so clean, had everything we needed, enjoyed Cartridge Brewery which was walkable from our place, close to Mason, and right on the Little Miami river. Can’t wait to go back.
