In this hidden gem, you’ll experience the local and tranquility of central Lancashire. Within 5 minutes of walking distance you have a Costa, various pubs and restaurants. At the end of the road is a 24 hour petrol station for any little extras for your stay. Hospital is a 12 minute walk. M6/M55 is less than five minutes down the road. A friendly and peaceful neighbourhood, enabling a relaxed and chilled stay in a good quality, comfy home. Key safe available and separate entrance from my home.

Helen is an incredibly caring and considerate host, and genuinely goes out of her way to ensure you have a nice stay. Room was spotless and the kettle, tea/coffee + bottle of water in the room was a great little touch. Bayleaf is a lovely dog too and full of love... with a love for treats. Helen demonstrated true passion for ensuring guests have a great stay - as opposed to just "letting out a random room for cash" as many do.

From the moment we booked with Chris he has been very helpful and responded straight away every time I have messaged him. Everything was explained from the moment i booked through messaging and on a sheet when we booked in. Chris has been very friendly and the place was immaculately clean from the room we was in to the shared areas which for us meant so much. The home is beautiful and the rooms are very well maintained, the decor is beautiful and the feeling of the place is a home from home. Even down to having a fire stick and being able to watch Harry Potter on Netflix every night which helps me sleep was a bonus for me. The bathroom was lovely very clean, shower was perfect and a great size, even better another toilet downstairs. I am so happy with our stay and I would definitely 100% stay again and recommend. Thank you Chris for letting me and my partner into your home and giving me the best experience for my first air bnb stay.
