Ydlan, Plas Gwyn - 19thC Barn

Luxurious and very spacious double height barn conversion located outside the village of Y Ffôr. 5 minute drive from the market town of Pwllheli and on the door step of Pen Llyn's sandy beaches. The Barn is also a short drive into Snowdonia with views of Y Wyddfa (Snowdon) from the bedroom. Wood fired hot tub and wood burner. A fabulous spot to explore the many treasures of the peninsula.

The Pigsty!

The project to convert the Pigsty in 2016 kept us busy to say the least but we're very happy with the way it turned out! The pigsty is perfect for couples and is dog friendly. Heated by a huge 12KW wood burning stove with a modern bathroom and kitchen, satellite TV, DVD player and in-ceiling speakers, oh and there's limited wi-fi if the wind is blowing in the right direction!

Cosy Miner's Cottage

Our charming miner's cottage on the Llyn Peninsula sits amongst stunning countryside within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Over the past 16 months we have performed a complete refurbishment of the property which now includes plenty of mod cons, not least under floor heating and dimmable LED lighting, although sometimes the log fire is all you need!
