A double bed, with storage underneath, a single CHAIR bed, TV, fridge, microwave, kettle, airfryer, toaster, dishes, etc, WC & shower. There is no hob or oven. Towels, bed linen, usual necessities. Heating; portable oil filled radiators. A nice river side walk into town. Safe off road parking, room for bikes.

Our rental are rooms in our home Our home is in the beautiful Galloway landscape, just a few hundred yards from Loch Ken and very accessible to the many outdoor activities that Galloway has to offer

Netherthird is a stunning detached farmhouse set in a wonderfully elevated position, with the most glorious views of the surrounding Galloway Hills. Netherthird was fully renovated in 2020 and has been lovingly furnished to ensure a truly comfortable and welcome family retreat. There is an amazing barbecue hut, with charcoal barbecue and ample seating, perfect for enjoying with friends and a glass or two of wine. Relax in the large hot tub taking in the clear dark skies at night.

Bookings are from Friday to Friday. 2 king size bedrooms, one ensuite with a further 2 single beds and wc on the mezzanine level. A bathroom with shower over the bath. Fully furnished kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. We have a dog secure garden and a shed to lock bikes in. We are between 10/30 mins from 3 of the 7stanes cycling trails and 6 miles from several beaches or hills for walking. You are 5 mins drive away from the market town of Castle Douglas.
