Room A for 2. Quiet neighbourhood. Central.

Áshóll, a former farmhouse build 1933 a cosy stone house with sunny south patio. Close to the beautiful Elliðaá river, short drive to at least 4 swimming pools, restaurants, stores and the car rentals are everywhere. 2 min. walk to the next bus stop. Öskjuhlíðin is about 6-8 minutes drive, with fantastic view from the Pearl. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Our cat is not allowed in the Airbnb rooms.

Private bedroom with a queen size bed that can accommodate two (2). Breakfast fixins available. My place is small but is cozy and in the suburbs of Reykjavik. I am on the ground floor. Parking lot is free. Right across is a jogging path and a children´s playground. Although retired, I previously worked in the hospitality industry and keenly aware of guest needs. Duplex apartment in central Reykjavík

Both the apartment as well as the location is very suitable for families. It is located close to the city center but not too close to be able to have some privacy. We offer free parking for two cars and a private entrance to our apartment. There is a nice garden with a private patio, hot tub and a trampoline. In addition, there are many playgrounds nearby. In walking distance are a few places for instance Grímsbær, Austurver, a public hospital and Kringlan Shopping Center/Mall.

The apartment is located next to the best park of Reykjavik and the biggest swimming pool, Laugardalslaug is just down the street. This pool features a huge water slide, salt water hot tub, sauna and Olympic size swimming pool. The apartment is on second floor, big windows, plenty of light and 2 small balconies and a south facing garden.
