Isold’s place is lovely. Not far from the city centre by car. Easy to park and lots of local amenities. The apartment was clean and perfect for stay with our children. We would definitely come back and stay again. Thank you.

A spotless and lovely appartment only 15 minutes from the city. Lovely views from the balcony. Dagbjört was very helpful throughout the booking process and made everything easy. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Iceland, although you may need to have a car.

Great accommodation nearby the Airport. Stefan was a very accommodating host. Everything was clean and tidy. From the accommodation, we were able to easily reach our planned destinations. We had an unforgettable and impressive time in Iceland.

We had an amazing time at Geir’s family home! This was an incredible place to spend the new year and we would absolutely return! The location is perfect. We were able to walk outside the city lights a short distance to get an amazing view of the northern lights. A designated lookout is also a short car ride away. Plus, downtown Reykjavík is a short car or bus ride away! It could also be a good walk for those who like to hike.

Had a quick 2 night stay and this was a perfect location. Minutes from the airport, restaurants and grocery. House had thoughtful items that made the trip easier (lots of charging converters, gaming for the kids, etc). Great stay.

Very tastefully decorated accommodation with super equipped kitchen, great living room and bedroom as well as a modern bathroom. The apartment has a balcony with sea view. Highly recommended

This home was beautiful and in the perfect location. The deck was a great place to sit out on with everyone after our long days of hiking and sightseeing. It included everything we needed to have a comfortable and smooth stay. Could not recommend this house more!!

1) Elin’s house is perfect to stay in because of its artistic deco, fully equipped kitchen, stunning ocean view, easy access to a large lawn in the back, and perfect layout for us, a family of four. 2) It’s also at an excellent location: walking distance for a stroll by the ocean, a bite to eat at local bakery or grocery store. Less than 10 minutes drive to downtown Reykjavik for more restaurant options. And a convenient base for our day trips as well. 3) It’s spotless clean which we greatly appreciated. A fantastic homely place to stay with our family including teenage grandchildren. Great local supermarket and bus service which meant we didn't need a car. Superb views including across the bay to see the erupting volcano! The BBQ and the hot tub were fabulous as was the weather. Outdoor living was just as good as indoors. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available including a well stocked fridge on our arrival. Plenty bedding and towels to facilitate changing everything during our stay.

The environment is very good, the house is very cozy, everything is very complete, the communication with the host is particularly smooth, I will come again next time

We had a wonderful stay at kristjan’s home in Reykjavik. It was about 10 minutes outside the city and was an easy drive to dinner and to enjoy other sights in the city. We loved the boardwalk along the sea and enjoyed going to the pizza restaurant which was walkable from the Airbnb. We did not get a chance to use the hot tub because we were busy touring until about 11 pm most days. We especially enjoyed drinking coffee on the deck when the weather permitted. The Airbnb easily accommodated 3 couples. Thanks again kristjan for wonderful accommodations.

We loved staying at Inga and Stefan's place! Our flight got delayed 3 hours and they worked with us on the check out time. Very responsive and friendly people. Next time we come to Reykjavik we'll be sure to book again! Thanks for everything.

For a family of 4 it was a perfect spot for a few days. We also loved the local swimming pool.

Great stay located in a central location near Reykjavik, Keflavík and blue lagoon. Theres a lot of room and also a playground nearby if you have small children

Unnur is an awesome host! Her communication, responsiveness, and flexibility were top notch. Her apartment was clean and tidy overall and the kitchen was particularly well-appointed. It would be a great place for someone who wants to cook their own meals because there’s a huge grocery store a block away. The apartment was a bit further away from the city center than I expected (it may be 15 mins to the main street, but it takes another 15-30 mins to get to places like Harpa, making it a bit of a slog in rainy and often windy conditions). That said, the walk along the harbor is beautiful and it felt safe, even at night.

Rùnar’s home is perfect to rest after an icelandic adventure. It’s warm, comfortable and nice, with an amazing ocean view (we had the chance to contemplete an eruption too!) and good markets near by. There is a delicious little fish market too, at few steps. Reykjavìk is easily reachable by walking (half an hour) or with bus and Seltjarnarnes is a peaceful and welcoming neighborhood. Rùnar and his family are helpful and kind. Thank you for sharing your home!
