I watched way too many shows of Tiny Luxury Homes and set out to create my own! Here you will find custom built in cabinetry, new flooring, exposed wooden beams, built in full size bed, a sparkling fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, gas stove and washer and dryer. My tiny space is not a stand alone building. It’s a converted apartment with the idea of turning dreary into stunning. Water views and two minutes to the bus stop. Walking distance to town. Smart car rental available.

Relax & enjoy your stay in this 3 bedroom, 1 bath upper level space in our duplex. The large upper deck area provides gorgeous water views of the Tongass Narrows and is located 11 miles north of town. *Please note as of 6/11/25: We love pets, have many of our own and have welcomed our guests' pets into our shared space for over 8 years. Unfortunately, we have sustained extreme damages from guests' pets throughout the last year. Due to this we are no longer able to allow pets in this space.

Grocery store and gas station are a 2 minute drive. Bear viewing is also a 4.5 miles drive south. Downtown district is 3.5 miles north where you’ll find the famous “Creek street” and other tourist shops and seafood restaurants.

Our stay in Ketchikan was great! The apartment was very clean and was ready to be lived in. We stayed 6 nights and it was comfortable the entire week. This family exceeded expectations. They live close by and we ran into them a few times. They are friendly and eager to help. We will stay here again when we return.

Look no further! This is the perfect place to stay in Ketchikan. It is right next to the Salmon Walk, a beautiful and quaint boardwalk along the river. Creek Street, the unique historic shopping area, is extremely close by and, if you have a car, you will find easy street parking, too. My son and I loved staying at Michelle‘s beautiful three bedroom apartment. The bathroom is large, the bedding is comfortable, and the fully-stocked kitchen is so well designed. We watched movies, put a puzzle together and read a couple of great books from her bookshelf. She knows how to treat her guests and made it a very comfortable and cozy stay. If stairs are not a bother, look no further, as you will be VERY content staying here!!!

Susan’s is not a fancy place where you’re uncomfortable to relax. My brother and I took our boys up here. And were able to spend time outside and on the water and feel comfortable coming home, drying clothes and relaxing without the pressure and worry that we might be in someone’s way or inconveniencing the neighbors. Very relaxing way to cook on the outside barbecue watch the water.

Book and exhale. This Alaskan retreat was absolutely breathtaking! Nestled amidst stunning natural beauty, the home offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life (we flew in from Seattle to do some fishing for a few days). From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the peaceful surroundings. The home was equipped with everything we needed and more! The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable & the living area provided a relaxing space to unwind after 2 days of fishing for Cohos!! The views from the windows were simply stunning, and we spent countless hours enjoying the tranquility of the Alaskan wilderness. Axel was an exceptional host. He is incredibly friendly, helpful, and just a delight to work with. We will book again for certain! If you need another recommendation - We took our 91 yo mom salmon fishing with a company called Svenson Sportfishing. 🎣 There were 5 of us and we brought 320 lbs of salmon home!

After looking for places to stay for our honeymoon this place was not only the lowest cost but also practically right next to Buggies Beach and almost next to the house I grew up in. The wife absolutely loved the apartment. It had everything from coffee to laundry units to a first aid kit and cough spray. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the apartment because we were spending more time running around the island and having a blast in Ketchikan. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
