Vacation rentals with a patio in Renwick

Really nice place to stay, my English work mate said it reminded him of the home he grew up in in the Billericay, England with the style, particularly the living room and kitchen.

Called Kim before arriving as I did not get check in insructions from Airbnb. She was most cordial and sent me indructions right way. We met Kim when we were exiting the building and thanked her for a wonderful stay and exceptionally clean well appointed apartment. Will definetly be back Thanks again Kim and staff

Karryn’s place was a nice comfortable apartment with convenient parking. The location was close to town but not close enough to walk to. Had it been a warmer season it would have been a great location for a bike ride and bikes were provided. We would recommend Karryn’s place.

Really enjoyed our stay in Nelson and this property is very central so it was easy to walk around. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. the only thing that was tricky was getting the key - very fiddly and hard to see to the back to work the combination. Very responsive to a question we had about a TV and accommodating for our late check out request. Found the apartment very quiet and sunny and the supermarket next door was a bonus. Thanks for a lovely stay.

What a great place! Super lovely host who was very helpful and friendly. Very well insulated, it was quite cold during our stay but you couldn’t tell at all from inside! Had a wonderful stay, highly recommend!

Trudy has overlooked nothing, and has created a fantastic base for exploring the great city of Nelson and beyond — right across from a beautiful city park and museum cafe; within walkable distance to other great coffee shops and restaurants; on the doorstep of the city’s popular river walk; and within easy striking distance of Pelorus Bridge Scenic Reserve and Abel Tasman National Park. And don’t forget the city’s Saturday market, one of the best you’ll see in NZ. Thanks for a wonderful stay Trudy!

This was our first stay in Picton and we had a wonderful time exploring the Queen Charlotte track from Jo’s place. We had a car which is useful to getting to the house, though once you’re there it’s not necessary. Town is a leisurely 15-20minute walk where most tours will depart from. The house is beautifully furnished with a comfortable bed and quality linen. The bathroom and kitchen is modern with all you could need. Highly recommended, thank you!

The location is perfect, and the house is always clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Lou is such a thoughtful host even ensuring the sleepout had heating when we've sent larger groups. This place is a gem. We had such a great stay. The location was perfect, a beautiful part of the country and so peaceful. We enjoyed waking to the tui's in the trees out front. The house was cosy and had everything we need. Great host and very responsive. We will be back.

This house is amazing, comfy bed, great shower and bathroom, kitchen is well equipped for cooking. I would highly recommend. And will certainly be staying again.

What a great spot. This is located directly across the street from the “Queens Gardens” and a quick 5 min walk to the downtown/CBD district. Restaurants are everywhere along with shopping and things to do. The house is to the rear of a duplex so you don’t hear any street noise and the backyard is very private and the patio is covered in case it rains. Very good price for everything you get and would highly recommend the location to anyone traveling to Nelson.
