This place is good for friend groups and for families as well! The Sauna is a realy great touch. We had a great time! This accomodation is one of the best i have stayed in!

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace and quiet. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super nice host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will be back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

Beautiful getaway in Thomas's cottage. Everything you need in the house was available. Good location to the ski resort and short distances for shopping. We can only recommend it.

Really wonderful location with magnificent views. Absolutely as described and we all felt instantly at home. Finally saw the roaming cows on our last night! Truly amazing. We were at Marlene's for the second time with a group of 12 adults and a child. The property is perfectly equipped and beautifully decorated. We would come back anytime.

Johanna and Flo are super sweet people but the sweetest is Rosalie, she is so cute!!!!! We were very kindly welcomed, everything is SUPER PROPER and NEAT!!!! Nicely decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking yourself. We greatly enjoyed the super cozy and nice terrace with beautiful garden and beautiful views of the mountains. Even though we sometimes had a little rain, we could always sit dry on the terrace. You have private parking at the apartment. Across the street, a cozy Konditorei with very tasty pastries. And a very tasty Pizzeria just around the corner, Jolly Pizzeria with very tasty Pizza. There is also a small supermarket nearby. The area was very quiet and you are right on the Konigssee. In the area you can take beautiful walks and excursions. Everything was PERFECT, we enjoyed our vacation SUPER and felt AT HOME !!!! We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back. The place fully met our expectations! Super cozy, great cooking equipment, great balcony for breakfast, excellent location for excursions and hikes! Simone is a super communicative and likeable hostess! We received great tips for excursions and could always contact them when we had a question. We will be back!! :)

Great apartment, access to hiking trails and the Predigtstuhlbahn a few minutes away. Bad Reichenhall Kirchberg train station and Bad Reichenhall city center are also within walking distance (depending on the destination 10-20 minutes). The ascent to the apartment building is quite steep if you arrive without a car, but in principle feasible. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short vacation, the pool on the ground floor is an absolute highlight.

Beautiful apartment and very sweet, helpful hosts! We were greeted by a high-quality furnished, top modern and clean apartment, which is located in a new, very well-maintained house. After the vacation, our son probably first talked about the apartment, which he liked so much, in kindergarten. In the basement, the apartment has its own washing machine and dryer, both of which are ready for use at any time if needed. Despite the proximity to the highway, the apartment is quiet. Baker, butcher and a small supermarket are within walking distance. The location of the apartment makes it possible to explore the area around Lake Chiemsee as well as the entire Bavarian Alpine foothills up to Austria. Carolin and Stephan always had an open ear, were always easily accessible and were there to help. Her friendly manner made the stay even more enjoyable. We'd love to come back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Andrea's home, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The space was not only beautifully decorated but also impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the lovely views from the windows. Andrea was a fantastic host, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Andrea's home. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can’t wait to return!

Everything as described, Stephanie responded very quickly and the apartment has a personal touch. The location is of course great. Check-in is in person and you don't just get a key code, which we like. Everything was also provided for our child. There were plenty of towels and a small basic equipment in the kitchen such as tea, coffee, oil, cereal and milk.

We felt very comfortable with Rainer. We were greeted in a super friendly way and Rainer had some tips for us in Schliersee. Rainer was always very quickly available for questions and actively supported us. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Schliersee, there are very nice walks and hiking trails in the area. The apartment is very quiet and also has a nice balcony. View of the garden, from which you can even see mountains. We will be back!

Everything was perfect! Even the sofa was very comfortable to sleep on with a good mattress. Kitchen super equipped. The terrace is very cozy. Elisabeth is a very friendly and helpful hostess. We would have liked to have spent more time here.

The place was absolutely top! Very clean, lovingly and comfortably furnished – you can tell that the landlords really make a great effort. There were small attentions and surprises that made the stay special. A note: To get to the apartment, you have to go through the hallway of the private apartment – this may not be ideal for everyone, but it did not bother us. Overall definitely recommended – we felt very comfortable!

Great apartment at Felicia's. It was very clean and maintained. We were very comfortable. Also, the contact was always very attentive and friendly. We had a mountain bike vacation and the apartment was ideal for it. We were also quickly on foot in the beautiful village of Prien. Apartment highly recommended.
