NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70sqm attic apartment in the center of Rosenheim. In the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The Reisermühle. In the middle of nature.

We rent the annex on our farm. We live here with our two children and have 2 free-range wool pigs, 9 sheep, chickens and ducks. On our Aeral there is a beautiful stream where you can make great stream walks through the forest. There is a swimming lake about 600m away. It is 5 minutes to Altötting, 45 minutes to Munich and about 1 hour by car to the mountains.
