Our villa (250 sqm) is located in the middle of the Lüneburg Heath, an idyllic little place in a quiet location with its own forest and beautiful large park similar garden(6000 sqm). Amelinghausen is a great recreation and holiday area that includes countless recreational opportunities such as Hiking, cycling, walking, horseback riding and water sports at Lake Lopausee. There is also a great outdoor swimming pool. Bispingen is 5 km away and the Lüneburg Heath Wildpark is also around the corner.

It is located in a very quiet residential street in Sasel but is still centrally located and thus combines quiet, comfortable living with the infrastructure of a big city. The house has three levels and consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It offers a lot for children and dogs and is only 30km from Hamburg!

Our historic 19th century villa is a great base for a family vacation. On the large high terrace you can really enjoy the sunsets over the apple tree plantations. The house was renovated in 2022 with a lot of love for detail and has underfloor heating in all bathrooms, a new kitchen and modern bathrooms. The large garden is fully fenced and is ideal for families with children. The Hamburg city center is about 30 min. away.
