Our villa (250 sqm) is located in the middle of the Lüneburg Heath, an idyllic little place in a quiet location with its own forest and beautiful large park similar garden(6000 sqm). Amelinghausen is a great recreation and holiday area that includes countless recreational opportunities such as Hiking, cycling, walking, horseback riding and water sports at Lake Lopausee. There is also a great outdoor swimming pool. Bispingen is 5 km away and the Lüneburg Heath Wildpark is also around the corner.

The exclusive villa offers 300 m² of living space, a high-quality kitchen with modern appliances, four bedrooms, and two spacious living rooms, one of which features a fireplace and access to the garden. Outside, you have access to a sauna, a garden shower, a heated outdoor whirlpool (up to 40 °C), a gas grill, an outdoor fireplace, and a terrace. A carport is located directly at the house. I designed and built this house myself during my parental leave and hope it offers you everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The house has three levels and consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It offers a lot for children and dogs and is only 30km from Hamburg!

Our historic 19th century villa is a great base for a family vacation. On the large high terrace you can really enjoy the sunsets over the apple tree plantations. The house was renovated in 2022 with a lot of love for detail and has underfloor heating in all bathrooms, a new kitchen and modern bathrooms. The large garden is fully fenced and is ideal for families with children. The Hamburg city center is about 30 min. away.

Zwischen 20 Uhr und 7 Uhr morgens ist Ruhe einzuhalten.
