The property is peaceful, quiet well maintained, and it has a beautiful creek running through it that our dog loved to cool off in. Sylvia is very kind and accommodating. While journeying from the UK to Port Perry, we were fortunate to stay at the Horse Farm Luxury Estate for a week in September. Situated next to a riding school, the tranquil area was perfect for relaxation. Horses grazed in the paddock beside the house – their beauty admired from a distance as per the rule 'do not touch the horses'. The house's position was ideal for exploring the surrounding area, including Port Perry, with easy access to nearby highways for visits to Oshawa, Toronto, and even Niagara Falls. The spacious house had numerous amenities, such as a basement games room and a ground floor club area with a bar. A conservatory connected to a deck and hot tub. Anthony's great communication and assistance made our stay stress-free after a long journey. I highly recommend Horse Farm Luxury Estate for a comfortable stay in Port Perry.

Kristin's stay was lovely. The unit was clean. The pool was clean and there were a few toys for my daughter to play with. Hot tub wasn't over powering chemical smell which was nice.

Beautiful home and perfect for our group of 10. 5 min drive to train into Toronto. Lots of beautiful walking paths in the neighborhood and you can’t beat the view!

I had travelled to the region for a family event and had secured another location for my family. Unfortunately, that Airbnb was not as described and I ended up having to cancel that stay. I needed to find a new place very quickly and V was absolutely wonderful to work with. With just a few hours notice, they welcomed my family and I into this beautiful space that had everything that we needed for the 7 day stay. I was extremely thankful for the attentiveness of V and the checking-in to ensure that we had everything that we needed. The home itself is beautiful, but it should be noted that it is in a new development area, so there is a lot of construction. Once this area is complete, it will be a very beautiful space (but this does not take away from the space itself). I HIGHLY recommend V and this AirBnb - it was a great experience.

We really appreciated Donovan letting us stay with our kids and dogs while our house was being viewed for the week. The house was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. I will definitely recommend this house to anyone who needs a great place to stay.

We loved this house. Very comfortable with restful decor.. Fairly close to CTMP (15ish minutes). In a nice neighborhood that felt very safe. One possible downside if you have multiple cars: There is one parking spot in the driveway, and any other vehicles must park on the street. We had plenty of street parking, but the house is in a densely populated neighborhood, and I noticed there was no available parking in other parts of the neighborhood where people were having parties. So you aren't guaranteed convenient parking for more than one car.
