Our experience was incredible! My family and I love the stay. The house is very well taken care of, it was impeccably clean and organized. We were very welcome and felt at home from the very first moment. We recommend with eyes closed!

We had an amazing weekend at Marlon's house! The space is extremely cozy... The area at the back of the house seems to embrace you when you arrive. Comfort, beauty, plants, an ideal space to share that family moment. Arriving at the house was very smooth, the host gives you the information clearly and accurately. He also communicates well throughout the stay, responding quickly to any questions. There is also a catalog of very cool recommendations to help you in Praia Seca and its surroundings. The house is very well equipped, with a freezer and refrigerator in the kitchen, pots and utensils, a water filter, refrigerator and freezer in the outdoor area, as well as an incredible gourmet area (barbecue, wood stove and pizza oven). I just visited on the weekend and I'm delighted! The place is simply beautiful, with a surreal landscape that looks like it's out of a movie. Every detail was thought out with great taste, and the energy of the environment is wonderful. A true refuge, the kind where you imagine yourself living for many years. Simply passionate! The stay at the yellow house was great! The host, Sueli, welcomed us with affection and attention. The house is airy, clean, comfortable, equipped and well decorated, which makes for a quiet and comfortable stay. It is about 15 minutes - by car - from Rua das Pedras, and the neighborhood seemed quiet, with no complications during our stay. We intend to return again, on sunnier days than those in May, to better enjoy the pool area, which is also a delight.

The house gave us the feeling of going back to childhood, going to the beach house with the family... The yard is spacious, with a well-kept lawn. All rooms are spacious. The pool has a good depth, there are very useful outdoor bathrooms. The game room with pool, foosball, cards, dominoes... you don't want to leave! The hosts are extremely polite and helpful, thank you for all the kind gestures you had with us... We went in 3 but the house supports much more than that, next to the house there is a large plot of land with beautiful horses, outside in the backyard of the house itself where you can see different species of beautiful animals. I saw fireflies after years!! It gets quite cold at night, and the only recommendation I give is: Bring a thicker blanket if you feel very cold, because the blanket provided is thin and small, bring repellent and be happy!! We only have to thank you! We will definitely be back and we have already recommended it to our family and friends.

Spacious and comfortable apartment, located in a complex next to other apartments and parking. SmartTV in living room and bedroom. Simple kitchen with only a stove. Everything was very clean, although the slightest crumb of food that was left was filled with ants. Very good location. The entrance to the complex is on a very narrow street, like an alley, with little traffic and a little dark at night, which can give a little feeling of insecurity, but we had no problems. Friendly and decisive host.

Very good place to stay, everything is close by, just two blocks from Rua das Pedras. The host was excellent and accommodated the check-in time. Everything was impeccable. Ideal for couples who want to explore Búzios and its surroundings. Another important point: it is a very quiet place, with no disturbing noises.

Carla is very attentive and always responded quickly to all our questions, the apartment is great and in a perfect location between Rua das Pedras and Joao Fernandez, all within walking distance. The only thing I could say is that the mattress on the bed was a little hard for my taste, but the rest was perfect. The concierges are also very attentive.

The apartment is impeccable, everything is wonderful, super well equipped, clean, we love it very much! It has a backyard, which was perfect for our dogs. It has a market and restaurant next door and is a few minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Lucy is a great host, responds quickly and is very attentive, in addition to having left treats for our arrival! We hope to return as soon as possible!

From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very friendly!

Regarding check-in, Mirtes sent us a message to our phone days before our arrival giving information and asked us to let him know when we arrived at the Arraial gate so that his collaborator could give us the key. We did, but our message didn't reach Mirtes, and he didn't answer our call. We called his colleague, who also didn't answer us, until at one point the person who was going to give us the keys appeared because the guy at the condominium reception called him at our request. It was 20 minutes of waiting with uncertainty and tension, as it was the first time we rented from Mirtes, who responded to us after receiving the keys. We were practically sleep-deprived from the trip and with three children who were also tired. Everything else was great! The apartment is very well maintained, very nicely decorated, with everything to feel at home, in front of a beautiful beach, steps from the promenade. Spectacular! Go back
