The apartment is great, everything is very clean, impeccable, the TV worked very well, the air conditioning in the rooms was freezing, there is everything you need in the apartment, the pool is wonderful, the condominium market helped us a lot, Rosilene is wonderful, always very kind, they were incredible days, my family and I have already thought about returning soon, just rent!!!

Antônio's apartment is very good , it's a few steps away from the 24-hour porter beach, covered garage for two cars , I didn't have to take the car for nothing, it's all around... it was very flexible at all !Thank you for the excellent hosting you provided us!

Wonderful location, all close to the beach , restaurant well ventilated apartment with everything you need for a good stay . I'll be back for sure .

We went in 5 people(3 adults and 2 children). The accommodation was simply perfect. The apartment was extremely clean and is very well located. Practically beachfront. Very easy to do check in and check out. Very active and efficient Gateway. Television in every room. Everyone was satisfied. Township would return a million times for sure.

Me and my family, stayed for 6 days ! Apt complete, very comfortable, clean , and the host very much requests in everything ! Great common areas too , well-equipped , organized place, we don't miss anything ! We will definitely come back more often!

Extremely luxurious cover, in detail decorated , with a technological style kitchen, show of LED lights, hidden drain in the bathrooms , wall with marmorato , lots of technology and luxury, five bedrooms , very comfortable upstairs for barbecue , exercise , whatever , and with a pool, three very well decorated bathrooms!! And the most important affordable price and below the Cabo Frio standards for a duplex coverage, if you put sequential periods already discount , that is , the daily rate is even cheaper for a duplex coverage in a new building, mental health for a stressful work routine during the week !! If there is a defect in the coverage, I don't remember, it's a lot of technology and good taste, it impresses anyone!!!! Success to the owner!!!

The house is excellent! It's in a great condominium with complete security. Very quiet place, no loud music after 10 p.m. Fully equipped house, absolutely nothing is missing. The host is very friendly and is always willing to help with anything.

We had a great stay. Great house with terrific ocean views. Super easy walk to an almost private beach. The house itself was fantastic. 4 suites, all with a/c. And two additional bedrooms. Kitchen was big, as was the dining area and living rooms. Yes, more than one! With all that, I think the outside was even better. The pool was much-used by us. The outdoor kitchen and dining area were really nice, too. And Selenia was a great host, very responsive and proactive. Highly recommend!

The stay was excellent. From the beginning, the hosts have been very polite and friendly. The house is exactly the same as shown in the photos. Limpa, beautifully decorated, cozy. We had excellent time on site to celebrate Mother's Day and couldn't have been better!

My stay in this house was just wonderful! The house is super cozy, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay even more practical and nice. The outside area is another high point, with barbecue and well airy space. The location is also excellent, in a quiet neighborhood super close to the beach, just to cross the street. Communication with the host was excellent! She was very attentive and always available to answer our questions and ensure that our stay was the best possible. I will be back for sure!

Adriano is an excellent host, very easy to access. We had a great stay, all comfortable, there was plenty of space in the house. It exceeded our expectations! From the photos we had already been delighted, but in person it is even better. The location is also great, which allowed us to get to know both Cabo Frio and Arraial. Everything else was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

Positive points: The property itself surprised us positively, it is very spacious, especially the area. In a small, well-maintained and tidy condominium. In the photos, it even looks smaller than it really is. The beds are good, each room has its own bathroom, essential for group travel. If you're looking for a more peaceful place, this is the right place. Even more so for those who have animals, as was my case. Wifi City works. Negative points; Cleaning of cutlery and maintenance is needed on some doors. Lots of mosquitoes (bring plenty of repellent!) and having to cross the road to get to the beach, in our case it was “easy” because it was low season.

The host received us very well, even before we got to the house, the msm was already there waiting, a super quiet place, a beautiful house and with several utensils that was super useful, had extremely everything, supermarkets and bakeries nearby, Uber is super cheap to go to the beaches, I loved the stay.

We spent the holiday with family and loved it! The house is super spacious, has a large swimming pool, a great field to play ball, play, in addition to the gym utensils that are great for some workouts. It is worth noting that having a bathroom in each room makes all the difference, I thought it was great! The house is close to the beach, you can walk there. We were very well received and taken care of. Highly recommend and we will definitely go back there!

The apartment is very good, equal and even better than in the photos, clean and organized, check in and check out without bureaucracy, friendly staff, the location is more than perfect! Host Carolina always friendly and attentive, answers all questions quickly! We love the stay and we will definitely come back more often!.

Luís' apartment is sensational. We found the space extremely clean, everything organized. The accommodation as a whole is very spacious and gives a sense of comfort. The condominium has an excellent structure for the family, including for children, with a large swimming pool, bar, restaurant and market, in addition to the Lagoon, which is behind the surroundings and allows a beautiful sunset. Overall, the experience was amazing. About the host Luis, always very friendly and proactive, where he gave us great tips putting himself at our disposal. For those who go to the Lake District, we certainly recommend it.

JOSINETE WAS A GREAT HOST. APARTMENT MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN ON THE PHOTOS. AMAZING LOCATION. THE CONDOMINIUM HAS A SWIMMING POOL, GYM AND A BAR FOR CONSUMPTION IN THE POOL AREA. WE LOVE IT AND WANT TO GO BACK.

I and my friends had an incredible experience, Eduardo very polite and attentive, the very young apt, with all the necessary accessories for stay, very friendly and request the building. We felt at home.
