Vacation rentals with a home theater in Região dos Lagos

The apartment is as described, clean, spacious and comfortable for our family (2 adults 2 children). Comfortable mattresses, kitchen suitable for cooking, accessible location to walk to the most important beaches and in front of the port where you take the boat taxis (in case you don't want to walk to the beaches) or the boat rides. The pool and children's area are nice. We loved it, as a family we recommend it and we will surely stay there again on our next trip.

Everything was impeccable. The apartment is comfortable, conveniently located, very well equipped and best of all, it was impeccable. Marcia and Oscar are super friendly. While the beach in front is not the best, the apartment is conveniently located for access to boats and other nearby beaches. We loved it! We felt right at home. I recommend it 100%!

Apartment like the one in the photo. Spacious, it accommodated 4 adults and 1 child very well. The condominium is beautiful, with a swimming pool, a children's playground, and nothing but wonderful sunshine and super quiet. You can stay in the condominium without having to go anywhere else. Leonardo was always polite and quick to respond to us. I highly recommend it.

Leonardo's apartment was an excellent find, the apartment is very cozy, inside a very top condominium, (restaurant, fitness center, game room, etc. But certainly the area I liked the most was the lake, the sunset deserves to be paid a fee apart haha

We simply love our stay! The house is even better than in the photos — super clean, well maintained and with everything we needed to relax. The pool was a real haven on sunny days, and the barbecue area provided incredible moments with the family! Ivan was attentive from the beginning, welcomed us very well and left everything ready for us to feel at home. We will definitely return and recommend with our eyes closed!

The house was extremely clean, tidy and smelled good. Everything that was offered was fulfilled. We had no inconvenience, no problems. Very well-equipped house, no item was missing. Excellent showers, with water pressure and good temperature, new air-conditioning, with perfect operation in all rooms. Spacious refrigerator, plus freezer, minibar and refrigerator in the barbecue area, which gave us greater comfort! The Host, Juliana, welcomed us, clearly explained the rules and checked us in in person, leaving nothing to be desired. We really liked the convenience of having the beds ready and clean, bath towels, mineral water, toilet paper and liquid soap for use. I definitely recommend the stay.

The condominium is in a beautiful area of the Araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. It has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to meet our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

Fabrícia is a great host, the house is great as well as showing the photos and the description, the very well organized condominium tbm, the pool is open until 9pm and the games room until 2am, we return from the beach we still enjoy the condominium, there is a bar, restaurant, gym, in the lake to rent for 1 hour kayak for 30 reais and the tour is a delight, I spent great days there, I was delighted with all the arraial beaches, the oven is worth every step of the trail. I hope to return soon. Amazing experience, wonderful place!!!

My family and I love the accommodation of Frederico! The space was impeccable, very clean and organized.Bed bed and towels all very clean and smelling. The host was very helpful and helpful, promptly answered my questions, and was super flexible with check in and check out the place is beautiful and had everything I needed,the stay was very pleasing!l The location was a little away from the center, but there are buses at the door and Uber for those who go without a car. The host is a five-star host, highly recommended!!
