Optimal for people who love the outdoors. Well situated for adventures on the Sacramento River, Mt. Shasta, Mt. Lassen and the Shasta Lake, Trinity River and Whiskeytown Lake recreational areas. When you are done exploring and adventuring you can come home, BBQ and enjoy the pool. The neighborhood is relatively quiet.

Our peaceful apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful oak and manzanita trees, 2 miles from Bethel and Simpson. With easy access to I-5, you can be at Mt. Lassen National Park or Mt. Shasta in less than one hour! We can accommodate up to 4 people in a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, & a single rollaway bed (suggested for a youth/child) upon request. Our guest apartment is available for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals.

Spend time in a quiet and peaceful getaway. Relax on the back patio, spend time with your dog in the gated front yard or enjoy the cool of the AC inside. Plus, if you have a boat/trailer, there is room for it in the driveway. Be on the watch for the wild deer and turkeys; and listen for the frogs at night!
