Caz Cottage is newly re-furbished with new furnishings throughout featuring open plan kitchen, dining and living area with reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans. The living room has a comfortable corner lounge and TV, DVD and stereo for your entertainment. The bedroom boasts a queen size bed and wardrobe with hanging and drawer space, ceiling fan and reverse cycle air conditioning. The sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping for two people if required. Light, airy bathroom with new toilet and shower recess, toiletries and hair dryer included. Ample storage, with towels, iron and ironing board easily accessible. The fully equipped, eat-in kitchen has fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 burner hotplate and oven. Kettle, toaster, crockery, pots and pans and cooking utensils provided. Coffee, tea, salt & pepper and oil in the pantry. Enjoy alfresco dining on the covered patio at a setting for 4 with additional space for enjoying the outdoors A washing machine, dryer and clothesline takes care of your laundry needs. Single vehicle garage with extra storage plus secure off-street parking for multiple vehicles with room for your boat, caravan or jet ski. Visitor book for maps, restaurants, bars, house and local information provided. Folding chairs and esky available for beach trips. Situated close to Margate Shopping Centre and public transport with Margate Beach an easy 5 minute walk. Take a stroll along the waterfront boardwalk to the many restaurants, cafes, shops and tourist attractions located along the Redcliffe peninsula foreshore. Bring your bike for a waterfront adventure and discover the wonderful beaches and attractions the Redcliffe Peninsula has to offer. Visit the Redcliffe Jetty for access to whale watching cruises (Jun to Nov), enjoy the weekend markets or a swim in the lifesaver patrolled saltwater lagoon. Stop at the famous Bee Gees Way for a look at the history of the band and take your pick from the wonderful selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. Take a moment to enjoy the spectacular ocean views to Moreton Island at Scotts Point while you explore the historic Gayundah shipwreck or sample the freshly caught seafood at Scarborough harbour. Water activities are a breeze with Float ‘n’ Fun at Scarborough Beach, stand up paddle boards, kayaks and paddle boats for hire (Sep – May). Moreton Bay is an ideal spot for family swimming, boating, fishing, jet ski riding or kite surfing. The location is central to Redcliffe’s popular attractions: Settlement Cove lagoon, Bee Gees Way, Redcliffe Jetty & Sunday Markets and many more. Enjoy kms of beach walk, watch the sunrise, sample the many waterfront cafes and restaurants and have a great time!

A vibrant, family home with myself, 2 young children & our friendly dog. Perfect for those who don’t mind a bit of kid chaos! The room has a double bed, smart TV with streaming access, desk, wardrobes & chest of drawers. There is also air con & a ceiling fan. The complex includes a shared pool, small gym & BBQ. There is plenty of parking, usually right outside the house. We are a few mins from Westfield by car/bus or a 25 min walk, a 25 min drive to the airport & 35 min drive to the city.
