The apartment is very beautiful, clean and comfortable to live, I never felt that the place is uncomfortable and as if I am in my house , the host is very helpful and responds quickly to any inquiry. The apartment is clear, the building is clear and the building is quiet and no inconvenience, although the sounds of cars are clear, but only at the peak time, while inside the residence is quiet. This is the first trip to Jeddah and Alhamdallah has won the apartment, and God willing, by adopting it in the next balmat, thank you for the excellent hospitality.

A place I recommend everyone to choose. It matches everything written about it. A special family experience, even my children expressed their happiness with the place. Ms. Nadia made us love the place with her treatment. Thank you for their classy treatment.

Hospitality Responsive Special

Sultan was brilliant - easy and efficient communication, checking in was easy after a long journey. The value I got for the price I paid far exceeded what I would’ve got with a hotel. Spacious with access to the kitchen and a nice balcony. I visited for tourism and the F1. The location was great for travel to the circuit, al balad and airport via Ubers. Jeddah is a huge, car oriented city with limited public transport, I had to rely on ubers (about 30-35SAR per trip). There are some food options and shops within walking distance. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would be very quick to book with Sultan again if I’m back in Jeddah anytime!
