Kitchenette stocked with essentials (No stove). Lots of parking available. No stairs to climb inside or out! Basement is cool in the summer and cozy warm in the winter with out in floor heating. Living room: flat screen tv with Telus OptikTV (basic cable pkg) and Netflix. Wifi.
