Pablo was super responsive to my inquiries and very attentive. I couldn’t arrive at the time I originally said because my flight was delayed, and Pablo reached out to Airbnb to inquire about my safety when I hadn’t been able to write back. I loved how easy it was to get into the building and felt right at home and safe, as there is a guard 24/7 by the door. It’s a modern and clean space, close to shops, food markets, etc. I really have no complaints, other than the garbage can being a little dirty and feeling icky to touch. 😅 Fair warning to my fellow single female travelers: The neighborhood is very desolate at night and I wouldn’t recommend walking around too late (I arrived at 11pm) especially around Plaza de Armas, which is 4 blocks from the place. During the day it’s totally fine. So, exercise the usual precaution (don’t stay out too late, and if so, get a cab. Don’t pull out your phone where it’s too crowded, etc.) Overall, amazing stay. Easy to WFH and would stay again :)

The location is great, the room has enough space, Wi-Fi and TV work well. Everything was wonderful, just pay attention to the mattress. For couples weighing over 70 kg each and with back problems, the mattress “sinks”, which can become a problem for longer stays. Eduardo is organized, clean and very helpful. I recommend it to everyone! Oh, enjoy the shopping mall in front: good pizza; Dulce Pimenta, a 2nd floor restaurant, great, good dishes and fair price. Japanese on the 3rd floor, I recommend it.

Cristobal was very attentive from the first message I sent to learn more about the accommodation and any questions we had during the stay, he responded quickly. The apartment is great, well-equipped for cooking, a very comfortable bed and a good shower! Points for improvement: it would be ideal to install air conditioning, because the apartment faces the sunrise, so the sun shines all day, which makes it very hot! We didn't need air conditioning because it was cold, but we still used the portable fan to sleep. Regarding the TV, we were unable to use it because it had few streaming services and we were unable to install others.

Sabrina’s place was wonderful! It offers a beautiful view of Santiago and is a cozy, inviting space. We loved the location in Ñuñoa—it felt very safe and secure, and the neighborhood was charming. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city. One small note for future guests: while the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials like plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, it has very limited and worn down cookware, so preparing full meals isn’t really possible. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here!

Very comfortable room in a gated condominium, easy to get to from the airport in about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Nora is an excellent host, everything is very clean, she allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in. 10 minutes away is the Mall Arauco Maipu, very large with many stores

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!

Excellent place, we went for a show at the Caupolican theater and the location was perfect, the apartment was very clean and cozy, I have been in other rentals before and I had never slept so well in a place like there. Very grateful
