Boat trips are also offered. Restaurants, shops and doctors are in town. Whether cyclists, anglers or sun worshipers, there is something for everyone at this location. A boat can also be rented on request.

Family vacation is paramount here! No groups/party trips!!! Just a few kilometers away from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, our chalet is located directly on a swimming lake and the well-known water ski/wakeboard system. A great children's playground, basketball and volleyball court, many walking and hiking trails, as well as the campsite, etc. are in the immediate vicinity and complete the offer. The popular beaches Haffkrug, Sierksdorf, Scharbeutz are not far away and easily accessible.

The surrounding area in the Schaalsee biosphere reserve is ideal for cycling, hiking and birdwatching. The house has everything you need for rest and relaxation. A bright, cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, a view of nature, a sauna and a spacious covered terrace that can be used in any weather.

A beautiful bike path leads through the forest to the Baltic Sea 4 km away. My place is perfect for nature lovers, families and ideal for two generations as well. Our cozy farmhouse is located in Zeetze, a picturesque village of the district of Lüneburg in the Elbe Valley. Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house offers direct views and access to the lake. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.

The house is quietly located directly on the edge of the forest, about 500 m from the jetty on the lake. The area invites you to take long hikes and bike tours through the Hellbach Valley and the surroundings of the spa town of Mölln. It is very well connected to public transport (a bus stop is right behind the house). Extensive shopping is also accessible in a few minutes, for example by bike.
