Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the green district of Ofernerdiek. We rent an approx. 25 square meter room with directly adjacent private kitchenette in the hallway, as well as a private bathroom. The space is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. Hof von Donnerschwee / Helene apartment

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

A supermarket and a kiosk are within walking distance and ensure that everything for everyday needs can be taken care of quickly and easily. You are vacationing in the residential town of Rastede. The vacation home is located about 200 m from the Hirschtor, which is the entrance to the Rastede Palace Park. Beautiful hiking trails invite you to relax and do sports activities such as jogging, walking and hiking. Within a radius of less than a kilometer, your physical well-being is ensured by several grocery stores and bakeries. Car and bikes are supplied by gas station and bike shop/workshop.

We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

The semi-double is located in the beautiful residential town of Rastede. In 15 minutes on foot, you are in the center of Rastede. There are lots of shopping options here. Supermarkets can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. Our property is located directly on the Schlossgarten. By car or bus you are also in Oldenburg (Oldb.) in 15 minutes. Here, too, you will find numerous attractions.

The bathroom is equipped with a sauna and has an Asian touch. Non-smoking apartment. The first/second supermarket is only 1 km away. A parking space on the premises is available.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
