Updated split-level modern home, close to the University of Illinois, Memorial Stadium, State Farm Center, Research Park, great restaurants, grocery stores and it's a quick 5 minute drive to Downtown. The home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with over 2800 sq ft on a quiet cul-de-sac. The home is great for entertaining or large groups with its split level modern feel. Guest will have access to the entire home. The home features three bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queen beds), two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room on the upper level while the lower level has two more additional bedrooms (2 queen beds), one bathroom, laundry room and a family room that has a wet bar in it. Additional queen air mattresses available upon request for any booking over 10 guests. The home also offers Bose sound system throughout, smart lighting, smart TV's, apple TV and WiFI. The entire home is open to guests. The house offers plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. The bus runs near by and it’s easy for Uber and Lyft to find. I can be reached by text, email or phone. I am also available most times to be on site if needed.

Private entrance to the property includes a slightly steeper than normal staircase. Our farm home, situated on 4 acres, is located just 25 minutes from the University of Illinois and Illini sports! I-57, I-74, and I-72 are all close by. The house has a fully furnished large kitchen with a coffee bar. Two living areas provide plenty of space to stretch out. You can finish off your busy day gathering on the patio preparing dinner on the gas or charcoal grills, watching the sun set over the summer grain fields, or roasting marshmallows around the firepit.

Ashley is a fantastic host; responsive, proactive, and helpful! The house was as described, and had all the extras that I value: tissue, earplugs, luggage racks, extra remote batteries, etc. Each room had comfy furniture along with great novels and coffee table books, games and DVDs for all ages. We opened the fridge to find a wonderful charcuterie board. What a nice surprise! Ashley was very accommodating with our special requests. The house and location make for a relaxing getaway, and I hope to return in the future.

My wife and I enjoyed Ian’s place and would come back for sure . We brought our bikes and location was great to get to downtown in 5 minutes, Campus another 10, and Urbana. The house was spotless with a unique layout. The lawn could’ve used some love, my short dog couldn’t use the backyard it was quite high for her. Didn’t matter as the neighborhood sidewalks were great to walk her. Everything was great, and happy we stayed at Ian’s.

This house was a great size for our family - including 2 dogs. The house was clean and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend. Plus, Tyler was a great communicator and was prompt responding to questions.
