A half of a semi-detached house completed in 2021 with two bedrooms, a kph and sauna with an electric stove, and a modern kitchen. There are 3 parking spaces (1 of which is in the canopy). Mechanical ventilation, cooling and a large terrace in the front yard. Bedrooms with double beds, oh couch. 6 km to the center of Joensuu, to the bus stop about 200 m, nearest shop 1.5 km. You'll have access to two bikes and, if necessary, children's toys + tram. Previous dog in the apartment. 150M/50m fiber connection.

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild wooden park. There are about 250 different species of wooded trees and shrubs in a two-acre area. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in natural space and renovation is being made in the area. For those interested, the arboretum is happy to be presented during the visit. The house people include two Lappine dogs, 2 cats, a rooster, and 9 hens. Breakfast on-demand

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.
