Short drive to nature of the South: Golden Circle, Waterfall Faxi, Seljalandsfoss, Skógarfoss, glacier, mountains, lakes and rivers.

Vorsabær Apartment is very well located for couples travelling in the Golden Circle area. Please notice we are 25 minutes drive from Selfoss town in the middle of the Golden circle area. From here there are 15 minutes to Flúðir, 30 minutes to Þjórsárdalur and within 45 minutes to Geysir, Gullfoss and þingvellir Nationalpark. Check in is very easy, a keybox outside the door. Perfect stay for exploring south Iceland and enjoy nature and the northern lights in winter. Beautiful cabin by the river Hvítá in a prime location in the Golden Circle. Near Gullfoss and Geysir and only 100 km to the capital city Reykjavík. The cabin can accommodate 2-4 persons. One bedroom with beds for two people. In the living room there is a pull-out sofa for two persons. The kitchen is fully stocked. The bathroom has a shower and the laundry room has a washing machine and a dryer.

My place is close to The Golden Circle and the Highlands. The place has picturesque view. You can see Hekla, Eyjafjallajökul, Langjökull through the windows of the cottage. Closed to the cottage is Skálholt church, one of Iceland´s most important historic sites. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the coziness, the kitchen, the hot tub. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Only 2 km to Health service. If you have back problems we have a soft mattress for you.

Recent build cottage in the south of iceland, located just outside the small town of Hvolsvöllur, only 3 km from the town. we offer you a relaxing stay with a great view of volcano Hekla, there is much to see close to Hvolsvöllur, for example volcanos like Eyjafjallajökull, waterfalls like Seljalandsfoss or Skógarfoss. the cottage is fitted with a kitchen but if you don't feel like cooking there are resturants to choose from in the area.
