Vacation rentals with a patio in Ramsau bei Berchtesgaden

You cannot find a better place to stay in this beautiful area! The apartment has all the modern conveniences including a full second bathroom and a beautiful terrace from which you can see the mountains! Christa and Helmut are excellent hosts who give great recommendations for local restaurants and bakeries. They also made excellent bike tour recommendations and made us feel right at home! We would definitely stay here again!!

We felt at home in the beautiful, small apartment. It is tastefully furnished with a lot of love for detail and very well equipped. Communication with Markus was very good and extremely helpful from the beginning. Markus and Sandra are really the best hosts. The proximity to Lake Chiemsee and the beautiful mountains with fantastic hiking opportunities made our vacation perfect. We will be happy to come back.

Oimfeeling is located in the countryside, very quiet, a little off the beaten track. Very cozy and beautiful apartment in the basement of a small farmhouse. Cindy and Andi live next door. A garage next door can be used to park the bikes and use garden chairs etc. from it. We've been to the area several times and know our way around. We rented Oimfeeling for the first time and can definitely recommend it.

Was now the 2nd time in Bad Reichenhall and also not disappointed in this accommodation. Clean, very nicely furnished and well located apartment. Everything you needed was available and had a great view from the balcony. It was nice to sit there in the morning and evening. We had a lovely stay at Georgina’s place. We didn’t mind the walk uphill even with a rolling suitcase. There’s a nice 15 minute walk in the woods to a viewpoint right in back of the apartment! Georgina was super responsive to all our questions. If it matters to you, please be aware that the single sofa bed ( good mattress ) is in the living room and the bunk beds are accessible only through the main bedroom..

We were guests of Petra and her husband from Friday to Sunday and felt comfortable right away. Every wish was immediately fulfilled with a smile. We liked the small apartment very much, it was sufficient for us, very clean and accessible via the separate entrance, stairs. The location is awesome, it couldn't be better, a beer garden by the lake, what else could you ask for. The snacks and delicious cakes are highly recommended. Many thanks for the relaxing stay.

Beautiful place to stay in Bad Hofgastein. You have a stunning elevated view from the studio apartment, with a nice table and chairs on the balcony. It also has a microwave, stove and all cooking utensils, plus a washing machine. You have everything you need for a nice comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment, modern and appealing, very well equipped. Thank you for the generous coffee supply! Everything was very clean, we felt totally comfortable. Great view from the balcony. A parking space in front of the house was always available. We were able to take a wonderful hike to the Purtschellerhütte directly from the front door. A small grocery store that also offers rolls and bread from Mon - Fri is only 200m away, as is the Holzkäfer restaurant with a very nice bar. We'd love to come back!

Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot or by bus (ski area, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauern thermal baths, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family

We enjoyed Barbara's stay very much. Upon arrival Barbara was ready to welcome us. The apartment had exactly what we needed and the area was beautiful! Certainly subject to repetition.

We (4 gentlemen) were in Ruhpolding for an extended weekend of hiking. The place was an optimal size for the 4 of us. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, we hadn't really thought about the width of the sofa bed, so it was a bit tight for 2 of us. Instead of reacting according to the motto "bad luck", the two of them directly remedied the situation and brought about a solution. Totally super and absolutely not a matter of course!! 😍 You could always count on getting a prompt response to any questions. The communication and organization in general was super relaxed and reliable. All in all a great place with great hosts!

Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and superbly equipped, so we didn't miss anything. Herbert welcomed us warmly and was an attentive, friendly host who was always available for questions. Thank you, Herbert, for this unforgettable vacation! We will be happy to come back.

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the champagne to welcome and the sweets were very sweet. We would really have liked to have stayed longer - if we are drawn to Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

We enjoyed our stay in Stephan’s place. He was warm and welcoming and very flexible about us leaving our luggage early. The apartment was nicely decorated, comfortable and worked well for a family of 5 adults. The bus into Salzburg was easy and quick. Definitely recommend this spot!

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

Wow and wow !! Everything was perfect! I have never enjoyed an apartment or hotel like this in my entire life. It is hard to imagine the level of size, precision, cleanliness, order, abundance and view, technology.. It made the vacation even more unforgettable. Thank you very much for everything. Great place. Beautiful, spacious and with a great garden.

One of the best stays we’ve ever had! Christina and Matthias did everything they could to make us feel welcome, and that paid off. Their hospitality, the accomodation, the surrounding environment. Everything is lovely. Their daughter even made us some amazing courgette fudge muffins. Salzburg is also very easy to reach with a 15-minute bus ride that stops at the end of the street. If we ever come back to visit Salzburg, we’ll definitely come here again!

Highly recommend if you want safety and security, underground parking available as we rented a car, private spot comes with the apartment so no need to worry about parking at anytime , quiet area at night, 10 minutes to the centre driving, we didn't use public transport but 200 metres away. Balcony was superb, loads of seating, bbq available. Opens off the living area Living area spacious, loads of seating, fully equipped kitchen, oven, large fridge, table and chairs, bathroom has bath and shower combined, plenty of towels and showering materials. Bedroom comfortable with plenty of storage, black out blinds and TV. Amenities in the basement for washing, drying clothes, bins for rubbish and recycling and access to private car park. Overall a beautiful apartment.
