Sunny Apartment w/sundeck in Munich

I offer a 3,5 room apartment in a quiet, small Apartmenthouse (approx. 75 to sqm ) for the day or week-wise overnight stay. The suite is completely new (including the bathroom) and with new laminate or tile floor, newly furnished and the kitchen has dishwasher, Microwave, coffeemaker, water cooker, toaster, cool-freezing combi. A washingmachine is also in the Apartment (renewed in 2019). Electrical shades on some of the windows ( the others are manual) . All rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. TV, DVD and Stereo in the living room, TV in Bedroom 1. W-Lan is provided and free. The Apartment is located on the 2. floor to the S/W to the quiet, big garden with a huge sundeck. The bed in bedroom 1 has 180 cm x 200 cm (kingsize), the bed in bedroom 2 has 140 cm x 200 cm (Queensize) and the sleeping couch (living room) 150 cm x 200 cm. 6 persons fits comfortably in this Apartment, additional beds for another 1-2 persons are possible. There are a few international (Italian, Chines, Indian, etc.) and traditional bavarian restaurants (with beergarden) close by. There is a public indoor and outdoor swimmingpool with Sauna just across the street (walking less than 5 minutes). A few Supermarkets are in walkingdistance and a shoppingmall is only 10 minutes by subway away. U 5 to "the new fair" (Messe) can be reached like the tramway line N19 within approx. 5 -6 minutes by foot. Running-time to the citycenter (Odeonsplatz) approx. 10 minutes, Theresienhöhe approx. 12 minutes, new fair approx. 10 minutes Non-smokers preferred! Parking lots are available in front of the house. Communication in English, French, Italian, Spanish.

Nice Place to be chill

Nice Studio Genieße das Leben in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Die Bestens geeignet ist für Singles/Paare Unweit von Infineon und dem neuen Campus der Ideen 💡 Das Studio ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was du benötigst. Muc downtown in ~25 min. mit den Öffi’s erreichbar. Zwei Buslinien um’s Eck. Für Nachtschwärmer gibt es die N75. Gerne kannst du die Terrasse nutzen incl. Bistrotisch/Stühle, diese bei schlechten Wetter bitte nur zusammenklappen. Rauchen? Nur Draußen

Das 26qm grosse Zimmer liegt im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug unter dem Dach. Ein eigenes kleines Bad/WC und eigener Küche (die Dusche hat einen kleineren Einstieg und ist für durchschnittlich grosse Menschen keine Problem). Das Doppelbett ist 1,60 m breit. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt. Der Raum ist abschliessbar, das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und in 5 min erreicht man die nächste U-Bahn Station. Man ist in 12 Min mit der U1 am Hauptbahnhof. Ideal für einen längeren Aufenthalt in München.

Very cozy attic with own/m kitchen,bathroom, living room, bedroom (33 sqm) with satellite TV. View over the roofs(2nd floor)of the quiet residential area of Ramersdorf-Perlach in the southeast of Munich. In summer, my small garden is ideal for lingering/eating in the countryside. They live together with me and my small dog in a semi-detached house, with the attic lockable There is no water heater in her kitchen, but there is a dishwasher for dishes in the bathroom.
