FREE Parking!! The Apartment is in Letterkenny Town Centre so NO Taxis needed. Nice quiet apartment 100 feet from the NEW Court house. 1 minute from the main street. With SUPERfast Wifi + Cinema 65" Tv + Ps4. EVERYTHING is NEW, pillows mattress toppers, cooker washing machine etc. Bedroom 1.. has a double bed Bedroom 2.. has a double bed There is a nice bright Lounge that connects to a fully stocked kitchen. I will try my best to make your stay as comfortable as possible home away from home.

This was probably the best airbnb I have ever stayed in! Both Gina and her husband were incredible hosts - they welcomed us upon arrival, they were extremely friendly and gave us some helpful recommendations as we didn’t know the area. I had mentioned the trip was for a birthday and Gina had hung birthday banners for us arriving, which was such a lovely touch! They also left us some fresh bread, milk, etc which we really appreciated! The bed was so comfy, the house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. There are stunning views from every window, and the two balconies are beautiful. I would highly recommend a stay in this home.

We loved staying at Ivan’s barnhouse apartment, it’s really cosy, very well kept and has everything you will need for your stay. Situated in a beautiful, peaceful country area, it’s perfect for touring all the lovely places around the Fanad peninsula. Ivan was a great host, very knowledgeable about the local area and made us and our dog feel very welcome. We can highly recommend Ivan’s place and hope to return someday!

Thank you for having us stay in your welcoming home. We slept well and enjoyed the outdoor space in the beautiful sunshine. Our little tommy the dog enjoyed the environment also. Thank you Ann for all your considerations. We appreciated the fire in the evenings and the lovely shortbread. We would love to stay again when we next visit Ramelton and the surrounding area. We noticed that this house was wheelchair friendly there was enough space to move the chair around the house easy access to the sitting rooms and bedroom but most of all what attracted us to this house was the wet room this is why we choose this house. We had a lovely time.
