When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. Come and stay with us on vacation in the cozy apartment under our yellow house. You have your own entrance, a parking space and privacy! You can enjoy the tranquility here. We live on the beautiful island of Osterøy, connected to the mainland via a bridge. Close to the city and close to nature! Within a 50-minute drive, you are in Bergen, and if you walk out of the street here, you are already on a hiking trail! It is a perfect place to do outdoor activities from here. Bergen Airport Flesland is 40 minutes away by car. The ideal spot for hiking, exploring Bergen and the fjords, or just enjoy the peace and quiet at this inland island of Osterøy. Famous attractions like Flåm, Gudvangen, Sognefjord, Hardangerfjord, Voss and Trolltunga within daytrip distance.

Welcome to our nice treehouse! In this scenic place you can relax with the whole family, while being close to Bergen with city life and cultural offerings. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and there are views of the forest and water. Here you can enjoy a quiet night's sleep with the forest as the closest neighbor. The house is built in solid wood that provides a warm atmosphere. There is an open room with bathroom and loft/bedroom. The house is part of a tuna with a sheltered patio.

Seafront retreat - pier, boatrental & fishing camp

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

The Byrkjetunet Gard is a farm in quiet and enchanting surroundings of Osterøy. Here you can live in the gardsbruk's apartment, where you have an entrance and terrace. The apartment has a bedroom, open kitchen, sofa nook and private bathroom. Also has a sofa bed so you can travel a lot. Here you are surrounded by idyllic western nature on all sides.
