Our lovely garden cottage is hidden in the beautiful farm community of Jamestown, surrounded by mountains and just outside of Stellenbosch. The area is economically and racially mixed with old locals, creatives and even famous Stellenbosch restaurateur calling it home. It's a gem of a place and we love staying here! Our cottage is private, spacious and well kitted with power back up for the Wifi & lights. Only 5mins away from the nearby mall, restaurants, wine estates, markets and Techno Park.

The cottage that was historically part of the slave quarters was later converted to a summer cottage for guests from all over Europe. The cottage is the perfect breakaway for a couple who enjoys the peace and tranquility of farm life, but still centrally located with the Cape Winelands and greater Cape Town right on the doorstep.

Unwind and relax in this spacious and serene garden. Secret fynbos hideaway on the foot of the Helderberg Mountain. Charming, cosy and safe space tucked away from the noise but in close proximity to vineyards, nature reserves and beaches. Safe neighbourhood for walks. During power outages we have a solar powered system to allow for amenities (like Wi-fi, TV, lights, hot water etc.) to work uninterrupted.
