Although place is managed remotely with help of care take the host in proactive to ensure comfortable stay. Place is neat ,clean and calm.

The property was clean and well-maintained. The owner ensured everything was perfect, and the caretaker cooked a delicious dinner for us. I’ll highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The atmosphere was serene and the food was simple yet satisfying. I especially loved the spacious living/activity area with its elegant wooden flooring. Atul's place exudes an unpretentious charm, making it a perfect escape. I would gladly return for another peaceful stay.

Well, we stayed here for 2 nights and the place is amazing just as described in the photos. It's just a min or two walk to beach just little hindrance due to broken stairs at beach. But very very close by beach. Also the location is perfect with lots of food options just outside of door. The home is too good aesthetically and all the amenities are also well thought. Special thanks to Amol for arranging the doctor on short notice in medical emergency. Also the cook had cooked amazing food and also as per our request and requirement :-) All in all a very well thought and beautifully decorated villa in Nagaon. Will definitely revisit and recommend.

Aqua Arina is a beautiful and very charmimg villa in a peaceful (although the masjid in the vicinity might wake up some early in the morning) remote area (no mobile network available but very reliable Wi-Fi) with limited indoor space but a lot of outdoor sitting areas and space, which was exactly what we were looking for, in addition to the beautiful swimming pool Food and hospitality was excellent, we were very well taken care of by Sunil and his family who live on the property in a separate cottage, while respecting our privacy at the same time. Highly recommended!

The place is pristine with good walk arounds. Being a monsoon season, few waterflows had started nearby. Not much crowded gave added advantage to my super responsive, Arlo (Doberman) and he enjoyed his freedom and guarded as if the place was his guard area. Overall, the food was amazing; however, the host charged us the delivery charges. He also insisted for Dog charges separately which was already included, I guess in overall price. Overall a good stay; would recommend for a group including dog lovers.

We loved the place!! In the words of my 30-year old nephew "in 3PF we found a gem". I can imagine that some guests might expect a more "classical" place with modern amenities. 3PF is a very well maintained, vintage place that reminds me of colonial style bungalows. The rooms and the beds in them are large, spacious and grand. It is quite sparse but tastefully furnished, with WiFi, though with no other technical clutter. There is a TV that, I think, we never switched on. We played some board games. There is a lake just about 100 meters away although getting there for limited mobility can be challenging. I went for a swim in it every day! One day we went kayaking. The staff at the house is competent and very friendly. They cooked delicious meals. Buying the groceries needs a bit of planning though as the market is a few kilometers distance away. For anybody planning to go there, I suggest to just stay on the property. Enjoy the peace and quiet... the birds, light a bonfire & sing songs!

This was the first time we decided to take all our 3 cats for a trip to Kapil's farmhouse. The farmhouse is well equipped with all the necessary requirements, from kitchen to inverter to AC in both the rooms, water purifier, oh and the comfy sofa! All 5 of us had such a lovely time there. If you keep the door open, you can smell the sweet fragrance of flowers and witness the beauty of nature. Kapil is a lovely host, very kind and helpful. We would definitely visit here again!

The stay at MDK was absolutely one of the best decisions ever. Right from the beginning, Amit was always available to answer any questions and was super accommodating. Our caretaker at the villa -Krishna, was very humble and kind. The food, ambience, hospitality, was super. I’d recommend this place to everyone I know. Thanks so much Amit and team for making this a memorable staycation for us :)

5 stars – A Perfect Riverside Orchard Retreat! We had a truly memorable stay at this beautiful Airbnb nestled amidst lush coconut groves and mango orchards. The setting was serene, green, and absolutely refreshing—perfect for a break from the city. The riverside views, open skies, and peaceful surroundings created a postcard-perfect atmosphere throughout our stay. A special thanks to Vilas and his team for their outstanding hospitality. They made us feel right at home with freshly cooked, homely meals tailored to our preferences. Their warmth and attentiveness really elevated the experience. Whether it was plucking mangoes straight from the trees, enjoying nature walks under swaying palms, or simply soaking in the tranquil vibe—this place had it all. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a blend of comfort, nature, and genuine care. We'll definitely be back!

gem of a place . The caretaker jana Bai was very much welcoming and made us feel at home. she cooked homely meals for us which were less spicy as we were traveling with a toddler . lots of greenery around . highly recommended if you travel with family .

First of all, thank you Trupti for being such a wonderful host :). Everything at Srinivas Farms was excellent!! We spent a great time over there. Right from the booking time, till we left the place, Trupti was there to help with all queries. My husband needs a wheel chair but even for him, everything was quite okay. Food provided by a local family was yummy!! and again Trupti was to prompt in helping with sharing the menu, guiding for quantity.. everything . I loved the way she called me up just to check if we are okay or we need any help. The caretaker - Vikram, was also very helpful and in fact he went an extra mile to get some medicine urgently as soon as we reached. The kitchen has all basic stuff like tea, coffee, milk and required utensils. Everything clean and good quality. The rooms are spacious, toilets big enough and clean and the whole house is extremely well designed and well furnished. very quiet place, pet friendly, an excellent place to spend a weekend!!

Had a wonderful stay at Girijalsrushti. The place was clean, peaceful and spacious. Certainly exceeded our expectations as the property is even better than it is in the pictures. Lots of open space, enough to accommodate a large group. Hospitality is certainly the highlight of this property. The caretakers are very welcoming, courteous and kind and made us feel like home. Some of the best hospitality I have ever experienced so far. The food was also nice, made fresh upon request. Overall, a great experience. You should definitely visit if you’re looking for a place nestled amidst nature that’s serene and peaceful.

Our stay at Deepika's calm serene Farm Stay was truly unforgettable! The moment we stepped in, we were greeted by the lush greenery and the soothing ambiance of the property with a lily pond at its centre. The rooms were immaculately clean, with plush beds and spotless washrooms that exuded a sense of hygiene, care and comfort. The kitchen was equally impressive, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The real highlight for our kids was the delightful garden, complete with sprinklers that added a playful touch to their stay. But the pièce de résistance was the charming gazebo, perfect for relaxation and taking in the picturesque surroundings. We were warmly welcomed by Deepika's furry friends, a friendly pet dog and cat, who added to the property's charm. And the home-cooked food was simply delicious. What truly made our stay exceptional was Deepika herself. She was a superb host, meticulous in every detail, and incredibly responsive to our needs. Highly recommended!

The property is absolutely stunning beautifully maintained and nestled in a peaceful location that offers a true escape. We completely fell in love with this place. Really enjoyed the scenic view,it made the stay even more special. The caretakers were exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. A special mention to Baldev and the sweet lady cook—they were both wonderful. The food she prepared was delicious and comforting, truly making us feel at home. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The service was top-notch, and we would highly recommend this property—easily an 11/10 experience.

A great villa for a small group of friends to party and really spend time outdoors in a private setup. The highlights are the powerful portable sound boombox and the privacy offered all night, especially in the pool, which, btw, is open all night to play in. Great food, too. all in all, an awesome 2bhk villa stay at a good location.

Vikrant and Ana are amazing host. Their place is amazing and away from the crowd of Panchgani/Mahabaleshwar. Peaceful surroundings, you can take a walk, hike in the neighbourhood. Their farms are amazing. If you are animal lover you will love the place. Vikrant was very helpful. Due to some unforeseen issue we had to delay our check out, Vikrant was very nice to accommodate that.

Excellent stay. Beautiful house and location. Peaceful and great views. The family that take care of the house are lovely. They really took care of us and their food is heaven!

Had the best time with my family. We had a very peaceful stay while eating farm fresh food and breathing clean, crisp air. The sustainability that the hosts have maintained makes you realise how simple can things be. They have very minimal yet beautiful furnitures, a cute little kitty and the boss dog, K. The hosts are so so warm, it felt just like home! The food, the hospitality, the love, it's all so natural, my mother didn't want to leave the place! All in all, best place to spend with family or to just relax!

A lovely villa stacked away in Panchgani with comfortable access to surrounding places. A peaceful and serene surrounding added to the aesthetic appeal of the villa. Mr. Ramesh, the caretaker, was the star of the entire experience. He was proactive and ensured all our needs were met. His wife and he went out of their way to ensure we had delectable food whenever we ordered. The house keeping service was also impeccable. Overall the experience was fantastic and met with our expectations. Thank You for hosting us, we will surely reach out to you again when we visit.

We were a group of 13 and had booked the villa for 2 nights. The villa is amazing. Very neat, clean and tidy. The views are just spectacular and no words can describe the true beauty of it. The host - Jayant is very amicable and a great host. He was very helpful in guiding us and helping us with all our special needs. He made sure that nothing falls short during our stay. The care takers - Pawan and his parents were always there to get us anything and everything. They prepare home cooked meals and most of the items we had were scrumptious. A highly recommended property.

Beautiful place with very clean rooms and washrooms. The caretaker (chikane bhaiya) and his wife were very attentive. Specifically the food his wife cooked for us was delicious. Spoke to the owners as well.. very soft spoken and well behaved people. Special mention to Rocky, their very sweet and polite fur baby. Loved the place n will definitely visit again.
