Waterfront vacation rentals in Raiatea

Anna is very kind, the apartment was amazing, very clean. The beds, sheets, towels, everything, a very nice aroma. From my bedroom I could see my children playing and swimming in the pool. There's a magnificent jacuzzi. My children had dinner with Anne and her husband, both very friendly and the food was exquisite. Breakfast was the best, the food was a mix between Tahiti and France. Waking up in the morning was magnificent, with a beautiful sunrise that I could see from my room and the balcony. There are beds on the seashore to rest, plenty of space for a lot of people. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, which is perfect because it's sometimes very hot in Polynesia. Perfect internet access. A silence and tranquility where we could hear the sea all the time and that kept me very relaxed. Important point, this pension also rents cars and this is very practical. The guesthouse is very close to the airport and with many restaurants and pizzerias nearby. We'll be back soon.

Clean and spacious place, easy to find in a secure spot. Can get a bit noisy outside on weekends but would definitely come back for more sunset drinks on the pontoon !

We stayed with Stéphanie for the full time in Raiatea, it was such a beautiful place, interior (nicely decorated) as well as exterior. She cares for her garden (More beautiful than the public botanical garden if you ask me) the steep decent to the house gives you an amazing view of the bay, and you have comfortable furniture on her private small beach to take the view in closely. We went for one of the best kayak trips we had in French Polynesia! Although English isn't her strongest side Stéphanie was informative, helpful and very friendly. We strongly recommend this place - it's a perfect fit to an enjoyable holiday! Be mindful that it gets rather hot in European comparison (the sea brease doesn't pass the apartment and the ceiling fans aren't quite as effective as AC. However, windows and the sliding doors are well-equipped with Mosquito net so you can have it all open 24/7 (Fantastic)

Our stay with Anne and Luk was nothing short of a blessing. From the moment we were greeted at the airport by Anne’s radiant smile and her husband Luk’s warm welcome, we knew this experience would be special. As we were whisked away, we felt the love and light that filled their place. The accommodations were as beautiful as pictured, but what truly set this place apart was the genuine warmth. We found ourselves lingering, not wanting to leave even for our excursions. Luk, ever the gracious host, took us to some of his favorite spots on Raiatae, making our stay even more memorable. You can upgrade your stay for a small additional cost to include meals and cocktails which were delightful, and the well-stocked refrigerator meant we didn’t have to worry about shopping. The facilities and amenities were top-notch, leaving us with no hesitation in recommending this haven to fellow travelers. Don’t miss out—book your stay with Anne and Luk if you can, you will not regret it.

We had a great time with the family (consisting of 6 adults). The rental of the apartment was perfect for us and enjoyed the large rooms separated from each other. Small downside with cutlery and kitchenware which are quite limited but for the 2 nights we stayed, it definitely did! Thank you for your hospitality!:)

We loved Suzie's place so much, we even extended our stay. Coming in the low-season, we had the entire property to ourselves (there are two cottages on the property). We felt safe, left alone, and attended to by the host. Sure, the road is close to the house, but locals go to sleep early and you don't hear cars at night. The place is great for kids and couples: snorkeling, SUP, gorgeous water. Also, be sure to rent Suzy's car (we did, and it was so convenient! You definitely need the car on this island). Suzy is professional, kind, and courteous. So glad we found this place. What a gem!

Very clean and very functional accommodation with all the amenities you need inside (including shower gel, shampoo and conditioner). Very friendly and attentive hostesses. Perfect location not far from the center, shops, roulettes and the port. I recommend and thank Taianapa and her mother.

Apart from the road, which is a little noisy in the morning, really great accommodation, right by the water and exemplary communication with Cathy. Thank you.

A place I would highly recommend! The setting is sublime, and the hosts are incredibly kind and generous! Thank you, Laurent and Maima, for the quality hospitality you have given us. We leave with lots of memories, especially breakfast with a view of the dolphins, kayaking, and the nearby motu. Excellent!

The beds and aircon were great. The patio and view were incredible. Hereata organized an amazing trip for us which was one of the highlights of our holiday and even organized for the return of a lost shirt! Thank you Hereata!

You will love this location. There is a coral reef right off the dock where you can snorkle and see all the colorful fish. We were able to have the tour companies pick us up for our excursions. We highly reccomend Noè Plantier for 4x4 island tour. Noè grew up on the island and we had an amazing day. Noè can be reached on face book vanilla 4x4 botanical excursions. We also highly recomend Nui with Watercolor fishing. Nui offers fishing excursions as well as water tours around the island.You can find him on face book watercolor sailing. I cant post contact details here but I will on other travel sites. Please note that you will need the host to arrage a taxi from the airport to the grocery store, and then arrange a water taxi to take you to the location. This will cost approx 23,000 xpf each way. Ensure to inquire about what essentials will be required for your stay including toilet paper and soap. The only transport is kyack or bikes if available to access the store.
