GreyWood

Szarewood is a 19th-century cottage at the end of the road in the village of Szare, in a quiet area close to the forest, with a murmuring stream in the background. There are only two houses in the immediate vicinity, so you are more likely to meet roe deer and deer at the fence than people :) We arranged the house with early retirement in mind. However, life has changed our plans, so we want to give others a chance to feel the freedom that this place gives. If you are looking for peace and quiet and like contact with nature, this is the perfect place for you.

The apartment is in a quiet area, close to the city center. To have a delicious meal and drink coffee or craft beer, just take a 7-minute walk and you are in the Market Square full of restaurants and cafes. The location gives us a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. In the vicinity of the apartment there is the Habsburg Park with the Castle, a mini zoo. It is a good starting point for trips to the Beskids, where there are many hiking trails. The lake is 800 m away, where you can go windsurfing, paddleboarding or sailing.

On the ground floor of the cottage there is a kitchen with a dining room and a living room where you can warm up by the fireplace and a bathroom. You will find "Zacisze" in a house with a large, slightly "wild" garden, through which a stream flows. The area of Godziszka - near Szczyrk - on the other side of the Skrzyczne mountain, allows you to use ski slopes, bike paths or mountain trails. The interiors of "Zacisze" have been maintained in a rustic style where part of the furniture was made of natural materials, i.e. real wood.
