A cozy, partially renovated holiday home in a country style near bus stop and nature. You live close to the most popular climbing mountains in Bohuslän and you can make day trips to many nice swimming areas, shopping, Nordens Ark, Havets hus, kayak tours or hike. Close to Lysekil, Smögen, Grebbestad, Hunnebo. You have access to a lush garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The garden connects to a beautiful deciduous forest. The house is close to road 162 and the bus station. We live on a farm next door.

For the bath oven, both lake and salty baths are a short car journey away. Grocery stores and shopping centers can be found within 7-8 km. The guest will bring their own sheets and towels. In Bohuslän, on the fantastic west coast, is Kville Västergård. From E6 it is only 7 km by car, and it is 8 km to both Fjällbacka and Hamburgsund. The house has 2 floors, a practical kitchen and nice bathroom. 3 bedrooms, sleeping 4-6 people. The living room is furnished with dining table, sofa, and from the living room you have access to a large porch with sun all day. The house is 600m from busy road, so it is very quiet. Experienced as very idyllic. A place that's perfect if you want to calm down.

Back to basics, quiet and simple

My paradise is completly secluded from neighbours and other people passing. Still it’s only ten minutes drive to the most popular and beautiful gems of the westcoast, such as Bovallstrand, Hamburgsund and Fjällbacka. You can chose to go swimming in either lake or sea. There are lots of cultural atractions and areas to hike in as well as really nice roads with beautiful scenery for motorbiking or biking. If you like me to fix your breakfast, lunch or dinner, I will do that for a small extra fee.

The surroundings also offer possibilities for hiking, fishing or tours to the sea. At sunset you follow the beavers swimming infront of the balcony and enjoy starlight.

The decor is typical eight main renovation with a lot of pine, but everything you need for some quiet vacation days is available. This home is great for those who want to take it easy and have a different priority than luxurious comfort. The days may be spent in the forest and nature, or with the canoe that is available in the lake. Once at home, maybe light the wood stove and let the tanks of the day's events hike.

Welcome to the little cottage at Unnebergs Farm and the tranquility of the countryside in beautiful Bohuslän! Lillstugan is an excellent starting point for excursions with proximity to salty swimming, scenic hiking trails, golf games and teeming small fishing communities such as Fjällbacka and Grebbestad. On the property, there are animals such as hens, roosters, horses, pigs, sheep, cats and dogs.

15 min by car from Grebbestad and Fjällbacka by a swimming friendly lake is our farm with an associated guesthouse. Our 4 dogs (Siberian husky), two farm cats, 3 chickens and 1 rooster live here. The guesthouse has 2 floors, kitchen, bathroom and 2 decks. A large fenced back where you can unleash any brought pets. Here you can enjoy meadows, forest walks or walk 2 minutes walk down to the lake.
