Riverside Gardens at Acacia Hills

On the bank of the Don River, just 15 minutes from Devonport, the two bedroom unit attached to our home has a private entrance, two queen beds and extra single bed and cot available on request. If reserving for 1 or 2 guests, only one bedroom will be accessible unless communicated at the time of booking. The unit has fridge, microwave, coffee machine and dining setting. BBQ in the undercover courtyard for guests. Continental breakfast included. There is no kitchen sink so we do the dishes!

Location! Location! Location! This north facing studio apartment has absolutely spectacular views of the Don Heads, cropping and grazing farmland, urban fringe line, Coles Beach & out beyond . . . way beyond . . . like forever!!! Gorgeous sunsets await your viewing through floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows with the farming horizon providing the silhouette. Coles Beach is approximately 300 metres leisurely walk away and the bush walking/running/cycling trails are even closer.

Separate from the main house our studio has a double bedroom, full kitchen, living space, bathroom & laundry. The studio looks out over our garden and courtyard, which can be used by guests. Please note our garden is also enjoyed by our young children. Located a short 10 minute drive from the Spirit of Tasmania Ferry, perfect for those early morning sails or late arrivals. A short walk to the Bluff area (15 mins) or to shops and cafes including Hill Street Grocer (10 mins).

Modern 1 bedroom apartment located in Eugenana which is 15 minutes from Devonport. The unit is on a two acre block on the opposite side from the main house and has a quiet, rural outlook. There is a queen bed, and a single foam mattress for an extra person. It is a two minute drive from the Arboretum and an hours drive to Cradle Mountain National Park. Small, friendly, furry guests are welcome. There is unlimited wifi and Netflix’s but mobile coverage is limited.

My place is very close to Devonport Bluff, the beach, great views, restaurants and great walking tracks.. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen clean and fresh.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. It is close to Spirit of Tasmania (11 minutes drive), Devonport airport (12 minutes drive) and Cradle Mountains.
