Nice place, Clean, good location and worth the money. I had only two comments one as the elevator you need the security guard to give you the access to sometimes it is packed so you have to wait and his car does not work always .

Iter Preciado excellent host. Great communication and quick response I had arrived to Quito very late at night. So Iter Preciado gladly offered me ride from airport to the rental apartment. His place very modern and clean . Will definitely come back.

Mi estadía fue simplemente espectacular, la mejor que he tenido. Desde el primer momento, el anfitrión fue amable y atento, siempre disponible para ayudar con lo que se requiera. El lugar es impecable, decorado con muy buen gusto y con todas las comodidades que uno puede necesitar. La ubicación es perfecta: cerca de todo, pero lo suficientemente tranquila para descansar. Recomendado al 100% para quienes buscan una experiencia memorable, cómoda y verdaderamente especial, tanto individualmente como en pareja. Sin duda, volveré.

Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

The house was very nice and the view from the 2nd floor was beautiful. Pedro was very helpful in getting us water and anything else we needed for our stay.

We had a really good time at Paul's place. extremely nice and peaceful place. Clean, comfortable, well stocked.

Excelente lugar para descanso! Naturaleza al máximo grandes jardines y árboles frutales para caminatas matutinas. La casa es muy acogedora y tienen todo lo necesario para una estadía de paz y descanso. Los dueños del lugar son muy amables, siempre están pendientes de las necesidades de los huéspedes! I stayed in this apartment for a month, while I did weekend trips around Ecuador. And from this experience, I would definitely recommend to others travelers. Here were the highlights of the AirBnB: - Incredible view of the surrounding mountains - Modern furnishing in the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen - Great host whom was proactive in providing cleanings of the apartment. - Strong wifi and a desk for remote workers - Luxury building with security, co-working space, laundry unit, gym, and hot tub. - Beautiful and safe neighborhood with an incredible park, mall, stadium, and restaurants.

Fantastic apartment — modern, spotless, and well maintained. Fernando was highly responsive to all my questions. The building felt very secure and is within walking distance to excellent restaurants and coffee shops.

Me encantó mi estancia en este departamento. Estaba impecablemente limpio, en una ubicación excelente cerca del Quicentro, y con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. Además, cuenta con instalaciones adicionales accesibles y es un lugar muy seguro. El check-in fue sencillo y directo, y tanto el anfitrión como su equipo fueron súper amables, siempre atentos y muy comunicativos. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Recomendadísimo!

The place looks just like the photos. Very comfortable with good views l. It’s in a pretty central area, with a big nearby park. The building has a gym and playground. Security was friendly and efficient.

Fabiola tiene su apartamento ubicado muy cerca de el hospital donde mi tío se operó, su amabilidad es excelente, todo muy bien y recomendable para quienes gusten visitar la ciudad. Excelente vista panorámica. Highly recommended Fabi it’s an amazing host, her place is clean and close to everything.
