great place to disconnect from the big city and close to Tolouse. The apartment is bright and airy, has everything and being able to make coffee in the garden is a treat, and what has been and credible have been the walks on the lake that is just a stone's throw from the apartment. 100% recommended.

The apartment is as described, it is 15 minutes from the center. The terrace is a plus because there is no opposite and quiet. All in a very secure residence, parking is appreciated as well. The beds are comfortable and plenty of storage in the accommodation. i would recommend it without hesitation!!

Entry is through the patio/small courtyard, we were able to put our bikes down and enjoy the jacuzzi. As described.

Nadine is a very warm and helpful host, she takes care of her guests. Nice studio with a very good level of equipment. We recommend eyes closed.

Very nice house, matches the photos. 3 bedrooms including 1 with two beds/1 person person. In each room there is a large wall closet (shelves and wardrobe) Very nice living room, tastefully decorated. 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is adjacent to a bedroom. The house is in very good condition and very clean. There is mainly a hot tub located on a small terrace On the other side, garden table and chairs, barbecue, deckchairs In short, we recommend it 100% and Paula is very welcoming and very kind (thank you for the special touches) and we had a good chat with her Nice area to discover! We were warmly welcomed by Luis and David and enjoyed a particularly special stay in their gorgeous apartment. It is located in a quiet street in a charming rural village and is beautifully decorated, very warm and comfortable, and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

I booked this place for my daughter who was taking her competitions at Paul Sabatier University. The apartment is in a very good location, functional and matches the photos. To emphasize, very warm welcome and explanation of the points of interest and the transport network.

In Toulouse for a wedding, we were 2 couples with two children for 3 bedrooms, perfect for a stay. Clean and useful accommodation, nice terrace. Very responsive owner, great information, I would recommend it

We had a wonderful stay at Fiona's home! The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Fiona was extremely kind and helpful throughout our visit. The neighborhood is peaceful and residential, yet just 10 minutes from the metro and shops – the perfect balance of quiet and convenience. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

The accommodation is very nice, everything is there, to feel good! Sandrine has everything in her home for parents, grandparents and children, lots of toys, books, games etc... the bedroom with a double bed is perfect for hosting them. The kitchen is great, nothing is missing, the living area is pleasant with a nice outdoor courtyard. As described, trains pass nearby but it remains bearable on the terrace and once inside with windows closed, no discomfort. Lynda's airbnb rental is exactly as pictured- and as she freely admits in her own words-it is not a grand and country quiet estate. But...it is very clean, nicely equipped for those who wish to do meals at “home” and (Overall and compared to many other comparable units in historic centers) quiet. The patio is a nice place to sit and enjoy your evening salad 🥗 and a glass of vin rouge 🍷 Linda goes out of her way to be communicative and helpful. Having some English news channels available - as well as streaming services- is always welcome for the wind-down before slumber Lynda always seems to leave her guests a couple of treats and a “welcome” bottle of wine- and her Airbnb is (literally)- across the street (and a couple doorways down) from the Toulouse Matabiau train station Lynda offers a great value for those seeking to enjoy all the wonders of walkable city center Toulouse. Enjoy!
