The building has undergone "ecobonus 110%" works and has therefore been totally renovated. Apartment with new modern furnishings, equipped with everything (in particular two new Mitsubishi air conditioners: in the living room and in the bedroom), with covered condominium parking and very close to the train station and the highway entrance, a short walk from the center and along a beautiful Corso... on which it is located...! Siamo nella campagna Toscana a 3 Km dall'uscita dell'autostrada A11 Altopascio (Lucca). In appena 10 minuti possiamo raggiungere Lucca e poco dopo Pisa e proseguendo la Versilia. In 30 minuti si arriva a Firenze. Percorrendo le strade interne si arriva a Siena, Poggibonsi, Pienza, Volterra, San Gimignano. Qui a 300 mt passa la Via Francigena. We stayed for 5 night and enjoyed this large, well appointed two story apartment. The place was warm and inviting and was an authentic home to be a unique setting. My family enjoyed the surroundings and there was plenty of restaurants to close from. Be prepared to tackle the 52 steps to the apartment door which my 90 year old mother managed twice a day. Keeps you healthy.

Wonderfully quiet stay. Large garden is really a plus for the dog. Wonderful swimming pool. Very friendly host, we were even invited to a family lunch. Highly recommended if you are looking for peace and quiet. Lucca, Florence, Pisa and the beach are all easy to drive to by car. There are no amenities within walking distance, but with a short 10-minute drive you are in the nearest town with all kinds of amenities. Clean apartment, there was even an intermediate cleaning possible during our 2-week stay. We are very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

We had a great time at Sara’s place, she welcomed us in with some eggs from the hens that they keep in the garden. There’s lots of attractions for kids, like chickens, 2 donkeys and some furry friends, a playground that my daughter really enjoyed playing in and balls and toys. The apartment is beautiful, the grounds are so peaceful and the view is spectacular. There’s quite a bit to do within 30 minutes drive. I wish we could stay longer. I’d like to visit again in the summer 😍

Stayed her for 3 night with our family of 4 (2 kids ages 5 and 9). The place is better than the pictures. Beautiful outdoor area, lots of space for kids to run and swim. Location is close to restaurants including one of our best meals in Italy - “Da Benito”. Franco was attentive and kind. They even made us a welcome meal/wine. The place had everything you could imagine needing and more ie. Robes/slippers. Our only regret is not staying longer. Will definitely be back! Book it, you will not regret it!

I couldn't recommend it more. The space outside is so nice! The apartment has everything you need (apart for a toaster but we used the grill in the oven). supermarket is 5 mins walking so the train station to Florence and Viareggio. the position is central to Montecatini plenty of restaurants and caffees. the host are so nice and responsive. We will be back to stay here
